Crispy Seppankezhungu Roast.... I always welcome new recepes of usual vegetables. This recepe of not so much as favourite vegetable is really very delicious and something different.Double marination, once with masala on boiled Seppankezhungu and secondly the same getting coated and marinated with a mixture of Maida, Cornflour and Rice flour plus dry masala and then deep frying in oil. Resulting in a very delicious side dish. I prepared this dish today ie 05/07/22 and every one loved this dish. We used this as side dish for Tomato Melugu Rasam sadam and hence kadale chutney was not planned. And I am sure this Chutney will also be fantastic. Shall try later.
