1 pound ground beef, cooked
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (24oz) mariana sauce
1 can (15 - 28oz) crushed tomatoes
1 package (25oz) frozen cheese ravioli
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, for taste
Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish (optional)
