Hopefully, this one won't get completely re-created on another channel by a cocky jackass😂. If you know, you know.

Instead of a pouch for everyday carry I got a molle belt clip and attach ferro rod/striker, whistle, compass, paracord in cobra weave then keep flashlight, pocket knife, lighter, pencil sharpener, cash in my pockets. For day hikes got a 10lb sling bag with food(1lb nuts), water(+filter), poncho(+tent stakes), hygiene(wipes, hand sanitizer,toothbrush/paste), first aid(+tourniquet), bug spray, bug head net, multi tool, map compass, cordage, insulation(jacket, gloves), AM/FM radio, contractors trash bag modified into a top quilt.

Really cool. If you aren't worried about water, maybe punch a little hole in the bottom of the altoids box to use it as a true signaling mirror.

If you figure 8 the paracord across your ring finger, and index finger you can shrink that spool down. It will also help from snagging on things, or getting all tangled and knotted when you try to use it. It's also a quick deploy. Pull one end, it unzips from the inside.

I normally do that but it's out of the way one this tiny pack. I thought about wrapping it around the whole pack since it has the snaps on the backside

This is pretty cool, in my opinion the last 2 minutes is the best part. 😎
Lots of options for cutting, incl. razor sharp ‘scalpel’ blades, bandages -to fix the sliced fingers- and various ointments. 🤣
Good thought on getting a shine inside the tin for signaling. Your SAK can punch a hole in the can for sighting as you aim it.
You can get water bags now that stand up after filling - squeeze one inside a tin or take alongside.
*Kind of glad you left out a pencil and paper. Just essentials.
Probably room for a ChemLight (w/o the bandana).
I think the sawblade on your SAK may have a good spine for striking the ferrorod.
I went ahead and subscribed and will share this around. 👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you! I didn't think about a sight hole. Good idea

Fun stuff. My wife doesn’t carry grenades, but she does do crafts. She came up with a tin sold for craft purposes that is like the Altoids tin but a little bigger. I use one for the kit I carry in the pocket of my lunch bag. Thanks!

Nice! My wife crafts also, for the farmers market. She's not allowed to have grenades anymore. Ha.

I'm not into survivalism but those grenade pouches make great outdoor first aid kits. Due to their size and attachment system you can strap them to your backpack's chest or waist strap to always have instant access.

Yes, I'm totally going to outfit one for that purpose. Thanks for checking it out.

If you carry a first aid kit, especially in a grenade pouch, someone is already calling you a survivalist. Don't worry about labels. Just take care of you and yours.

@@mrmicro22 Only for stuff like wild camping XD. And only for most common ailments I realistically can get during it. Activated charcoal, iodine and a bandage, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory, etc. Nothing too crazy like a tourniquet of course.

Don’t overlook the “edges” of the pouch: easily attach a flashlight or multi tool with a clip

Seems like the right size for a good fire starting kit with with some tinder and fatwood or maybe a small fishing and snare kit

I agree. Already working working on a belt with that in mind.
      Like the user name, BTW.

Can get single sachets of hand sanitizier. Seen some EU MREs come with them. Also Purell make some, just finding a source that is selling them in smaller quantities.
