I think you need to use bleach...locs are dense so you need something with lift ...I would use bleach for the lift thn use a box dye for the color selection
Is it safe to use black dye to get it back black and recolour to another colour after you the use honey blonde colour? Like , can I change to different colours as I feel or will the hair fall out??

search color opps on youtube or google ...you can def go from color to color
