How was your Christmas? How was your New Year? How was your other holiday? :-P Mine was awesome, but busy (hence the brief hiatus) but I'm back into the swing! A bit bummed lately though, as my Paramotor's carburetor is leaking internally and I have to wait for a new gasket kit to arrive before I can fly again.. :-(
Still, I had a pretty awesome flight a few days ago! I flew way out into the desert and did target practice on a small bush with a 9mm pistol from the air!! I was able to hit within a 10 ft radius from about 100ft high, which surprised me! Basically, don't tick me off as I can now officially rain death from above! (Well, not RIGHT now cause you know... Carburetor problems, but still.)
OH! Here's something fun! Almost every year, my brother Nate and I get the family some kind of big gift, and we always have a big and surprising reveal. Well, this year we told the family we couldn't afford anything big, then we waited until Christmas night (when we traditionally watch "it's a wonderful life") and we played this video instead (they had no idea what was coming!!)

You nailed this! Mulan is my favourite movie and this is the best cover I've seen of this song. I love how you stuck to the characters while singing and also did the emphasis on "and you can BET", and "So pack UP, go home, you're through", etc. When I listen to other covers and they just sing those parts normally it really saps the energy of the song but you matched it perfectly! Your ability to channel the energy and emotions of the song paired with your amazing voice makes for a truly awesome cover.
Oh and the "time is racing toward us" and "heed my every order" part just gives me shivers from how good it is!
