Already created a SCAR squadron Sniper, Misty to go along with Sergeant Kreel once I get him. Maybe we'll get the rest of SCAR squadron if Kreel sells well. This Stormtrooper body is such an improvement over the original and I welcome as many variants that use this body.

Stopped reading the comic around the time he and his crew showed up so I don't know much about the character--but it's a stormtrooper with a lightsaber, and that was enough to get me to pre order this!
I've seen a lot of pics from the comic that look just like this figure - not accurate to every image but comics are super inconsistent, so this fig is good enough for me. Nice review!
This figure is pretty accurate to some appearances of the character, (EDIT: Made this comment while watching so hadn't seen you notice the chest armor yet) but yeah they could've based it on his more unique appearances for a more interesting figure, especially with how he's bigger in some. That being said, I kind of like Kreel being mostly a vanilla trooper in the armor department, it makes the idea of a "Stormtrooper with a lightsaber" more pronounced, and also makes him contrast more with the rest of the squad. I cannot wait to get this guy, Kreel is one of my favorites. Also great review, glad there's someone else that is into him as much as I am.
I could 100% see them using Wrecker to make Zuke, doubt they'd do enough to make him look perfect but it would get the point across. With the rest I'm not sure they'd put the effort in, especially when Kreel is the most desirable and was made in a subline. If this were 2010 Hasbro we'd have them all by now. I hope they prove me wrong though.
Awesome video! Ive only read two stories with Kreel, but was psyched when this figure was announced bc competent troopers are always welcome haha. He does seem too small though, I think reuse of a bad batch or clone body would’ve been better right?
Only disney lore for stormtroopers is goofy haha and hitting 500000 shots on a bulletproof plothole but missing any other character in any iteration of star wars (ANH makes some sense because it led them to the base)
