Used to be able to patch phone calls to mobiles using a transfer function built into the phone system I used at work, going back some 15 years ago. Could also listen in and or make group calls to everyone in the room and also include the drivers vehicle phones. The manager at the time didn't know this and so got a shock when he accidentally intercepted two drivers bad mouthing him. That was a fun day to be in work.
The only advantage of the landline right now is the connection for the alarm system and first emergency worker access and ID of my place. Otherwise, a landline is a total waste of money at this age. Now my question. Is REVERSE possible? That is if in future needed, can I transfer my current cellphone number (Assuming I am staying in the same geographic zone where the code is designed for) can I return back my same phone number to the Landline phone with a local carrier? ANY TAKER PLEASE... Thanks,
When u do that do your voicemails from the landline go to your cellphone? My mother in law wants to do the same but has some important saved messages in the landline’s voicemail box

60632 for is a Ashland Kentucky number we had that almost 25 yearsas landline yes nails that you can transfer your landline number number to your mobile provider such as AT&T Sprint T-Mobile and Verizon.
