this is crazy, how you always eat fermented gut friendly food and you got introduced to dosa which is made with a batter of fermented rice and legumes it's like you manifested it, it's a bit consuming to soak the rice and dal overnight then blend and ferment but we get the batter ready to cook from supermarkets so that's easier but you can literally make dosas out of anything the one are eating seems like it's rava dosa so it's got semolina in it, it's a lot tastier when just made and crispy you should try it at a restaurant but truly make it out of anything
Love this! I haven’t consumed dairy in about 7 years, but I’ve been contemplating adding it back into my diet.. would love to hear your experience/perspective on dairy!
it would be best to include kefir or Greek yogurt (avoid yogurt with fruit bits as it's not as healthy) you can also get probiotic coconut yogurt if you can't consume diary.
Hi Ava...I am south indian by myself As, U asked about coconut chutney, I mean you need not to buy anywhere you make by yourself at home Coconut chutney recipe 1. Coconut 2. Small onions 3. Ginger 4. Garlic 5. Green chilli 6. Salt as per your taste. Put them in blender and grind it. That's it. You can also add some tender as some mustard, some lentils, curry leaves put them in hot pan with oil and put the chutney that you have blended and there you have your chutney ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Hope this helps you 😊
Damn I didn't even know purple rice exist glad that I clicked on the video! The meals looks so yummy !! I've been trying to eat more healthy so thank you for making this !! :)
There is coconut or oat based condensed milk in some stores but definitely Whole Foods if you have access. I’ve seen the coconut based one the most outside of Whole Foods.
