I’m a neurologist, and I can tell you with certainty that Biden is on a cognitive decline, and it will not get better, it will be considerably worse even if he makes it to the second debate. I’ve had patients with better speech patterns who were under my care. Biden is not well. His family needs to acknowledge this and let the president step aside.
