Full Secmathian Hero set - here I was on probably Secmathian 2 piece and Freonos Ring, 27Agility belt. Before I quit I had 380aim and 280dodge at lv 72 (and not close to maxed dodge/aim) and around 60% critical rate without myhome/party buffs (using crux shot). Full Hero Secmathian is the best Eq you can use until they release Hero Elga equipment. +20 artifact on all pieces will get you to ~13k def. without Paris wings. I Imagine Hero Elga full set will probably push that to ~15-16k without.
