    I used to be a night study girlie, but though my focus was highest at night, it definitely affected my physical health, poor sleep cycle, feeling lethargic in afternoon and worse is gained so much unhealthy weight. But now trying my best to wake up early and study and sleep early too.
    Dear students please remember your health is also very important along with your studies for a better future, so don't neglect it at any cost!!!

      I was in the same situation until a week ago. Now done with entrances and I’m focusing on my physical health and fixing my sleep cycle. So much boost of confidence!

    studying in the morning works for people who are either in hostel or live alone because me personally waking up in the morning living at home with my family is a big thing for my family instead of me because they would expect me to get into house chores the moment I wake up and waking up early is like a cherry on top for them, so yes night is best for me because they all are asleep and I can have my sweet time focusing, so yes its different for everyone. good to see you trying em both, love your content

      exactly like with a toddler brother is even worse thats why I tend to stay up late to study but my family does'nt understand and make me go to sleep which sucks the motivation out of me😮‍💨

      Im the opposite. Studying in the morning gives me anxiety cause I feel there is very little time left. Does not matter even if I wake up at 3. At night I'm not in a rush. There is this satisfaction ki khatam hoke hi hum soyenge lol.

    In my personal opinion, pulling nighters is the best option for me cause there is no one in my family can disturb me . But the cons is I get distracted easily like if I am searching something related to work . I get in my own world . But pulling an all nighter is also an issue as our eyelids ( especially mine) try to shut down . In contrary , waking up early to study is difficult as I snooze the alarm to get more sleep and hence the day is ruined by not being productive.
    Di , when u wake up in early morning for the study session u showed. U should have not done the late night sessions as per my conscience you were feeling tired by this much productivity as you can't do both at the same day . U should have done the night study session next after getting good sleep so that your pros and cons would be right to the point . I hope u take note on that and nothing else from my side .

    My opinion is that before I used to feel more focused in mornings but in recent years it have changed i feel more focused, distraction free at night and everyone are asleep 💤 so peaceful.... Like the best is that you don't have to worry about anything bc you're done with your day all you have to do is Study ✌🏻

    Ok... One thing ig u did both study sessions on same day... see this is not how it works. If u have to study at night u need to wake up a little late after getting 8 hrs of sleep... U just woke up early morning did college n studied till 2 Am!! Ofc u won't be able to do that properly. And just in case u did the challenges on different days then no Problem...

    okay so, im both morning and a night person, in the morning the concentration is on point and even they say that the time goes really slow at night, at some part of the video i wanted you to say that morning is better. And whereas at night i feel really highly energectic idk why lmao, but i just do..and well i've only tried once to study at laste night till ig..3am or 2..and yes i was able to study but tbh i way too much excited that i am still awake so, i wont say i had that much concentration like i had at morning. And the 2nd thing is that, which i realised that i am a morning person is that..when i study late hours i have difficulty waking up at the morning..and even if i get habitual..my body would just crave for sleep. Like its not possible to study late night plus go to school and other academies every single day! so i prefer morning.
    well different people have different ways or perspective about this matter. Like my bestfriend is more like a night person cause if she wakes up early in the morning she will be unable to focus, cause she feels really sleepy. So, i'd say both are equally good, the thing that matter is, in which your being productive and not tired. Your health matter more than anything.

    sleep cycle dictates things a lot more than the time of the day it is, if one is trynna study while playing with their sleep cycle. it is only when the current sleep cycle support the morning and night study that one can truly evaluate the pros and cons of both. but great effort, Addy. this is why I adore you, for making such videos. our productive 'that' gal. muchh love.❤

    le me: sleeps at 11 and wakes up at 4am then sleepy in class. Actually I don't like to wake up early morning but my mom always scold me so i have to😓and at night I will decide to sleep early but nothing happens. My sleep hours is 5-6 and I always want to eat something....REALLY HUNGRY!!!
    The main problem is that I have dark circles and I am 57 kg😱😱 omg!!! and mark above average in some and full in my favorite subjects.

    From my personal experience, for now, I love waking up and starting my day very early. I feel really productive when I wake up around 4 am and study for like 2 hours and then getting ready and walking to campus and continuing work. I actually feel kinda frustrated when i wake up later than I planned to..
    I guess it depends on person.

Coz she's very strict in our routine lekin aj kal schools k wajah se I usually don't get to Study late at na ght but jab bhi time milti hai chutti hoti hai ya fir school off karna hai then I pull myself as an all nighter ( learnt it from u) and subah thori lage uth ti hu agle din so problem nhi hoti hai

    Personally I love studying at the night!
    It makes me feel very productive having no distractions!
    It surprisingly does not make me sleepy until its very late at sometime about 2:15-2:30.
    I normally study 9pm to 2pm or sometimes 2:30.
    Anyways I loved the video and loved your dedication that was put into the video!
    It does also make my sleep schedule messed up!!!!!(BY A LOT)

    I know morning mein padhna is always best but in my college , classes start from 7am and at 4pm the classes end. Then room mein aake padhna is so tiring and kabhi kabhi late night studies chalti hein and in this case ,I don't know what to do and how to manange my studies....btw lots of love Advika

    I think waking up early and studying in the morning is the bestest in my opinion as whenever we study at night first of all it's too late and I know it feels so relaxing and silent at night and but it really affects the sleep cycle afterall and it can lead to loss of memory and you feel lethargic the other day your brain will feel more heaviness and tiredness which ultimately makes the day worse and monotonous. The whole day feels unproductive and you will feel less active in your daily routine. Which I don't think is good for your health. Wake up in the morning and study with fresh air and morning sunrays is productive and worthful.

    Now i wanna tell that like i used to be a night study person or an night owl but you can guess like i was very sleepy in the day and my head hurted so much, and like my routine was really messed up for a year and a half. Then i decided to wake up early as in 4:40a.m to 5:00 a.m and first i felt i couldnt do it but then i got used to it and now sometimes i take a break on sundays.

    i slept at around 4 am and woke up at 7:30 am in the morning during my semester exams. After the exams were over my sleep cycle was so bad that I couldn't sleep for more than 2 hours.

    The way you tested will ofcourse give inaccurate results, you should have same surroundings and conditions in both routeens or else the outer factor will play a big role in disruption for eg night study you did in reading room but the morning one in your room a big change in place !! Try it by keeping the environment factor constant if you want to check your inner factors in both routeens ❤much love❤

    For me i think I'm also a night person because i got no distractions except mobile 😁 and there is always a thought in my mind that I have all night to study and time also passes slowly at night for me but in morning there is a vice versa - distraction that's my family , time pass very fast , rush to go for classes and most important feeling sleepy in the middle of lecture 😂

    to be honest i also continued my 11th studying mostly at night bcoz i felt more focused as everyone of us do feel it but afterwards my health became so bad i suffered from acidity as a result have to waste 1 night at hospital and 2nd day resting at home sooo now i have been trying to study at morning but still sometimes i get study till late night but rarely it happens rn
    It actually doesn't really matter if we study at night or day it depends on which time of the day our mind and body permits more focus hence more productivity....

    Tbh i am a night girl i do like studying at night but as a student it's very tiring to stay awake at morning but waking up early morning is a nightmare to me i just can't but sometime i do wake up so i myself don't but i think i have watched this video for like 5-6 times to decide but can't 😭✨️
