I turned 37 on the 17 of April. I have 3 kids been divorced and remarried to the same woman and it feels like 17 was yesterday. The thing is I love my life and I’m happier than I have ever been. Learn to focus on the positive give up electronic entertainment and learn to enjoy a sunset or how awesome a leaf is life has its downs but were only here for a short time try your hardest to enjoy it.

NO, i hate feeling nostalgic. Yes, we do need to acknowledge that time passes and we need to move. But what's the point in burying in this f@cking feeling? F@ck the past, the past is dead. F@ck the future. Live in the present, feel the present. The best is yet to come if you get up of that damn bed and run towards it.
