I watch these reviews thinking this is reliable enough to make a decision, but then I remind myself that most of these are done by dudes are pretty freaking tall and I’m only a few inches over 5ft. 🤣🤣
Great review. Like a boss! Was hoping you’d say if braking or pedaling charges the bikes’ battery. Also was hoping that continue to ride power only all the way up the steep hill.
Yep I like it for sure but we can’t be that far off regen tech in bikes. Old bikes used the rotation of the bike wheels to charge and power flashlights. So we can’t be that far off the regen for batteries in e-bikes.
Like the looks of this bike.. Looks great. And like the Kepler that they claim can peak at 1,800 watts, never see 1,300 or more or 1,400.. Do the bars fold down ?
This is a good test of the life of the battery. Please give thorough details about the cycles at 24 miles discharge. And please tell of the type of Li battery it is. If may be LiFe that is not prone to catching fire. The company would not like liability for knowingly selling the dangerous batteries... but...
Were you able to test this EUY K6 Pro long enough to really notice a difference in how it better handled rougher road terrain on the magnesium frame? (That is actually it's biggest advantage over the majority of E bikes that use aluminum frames, and sometimes you'll see carbon steel frames ) but magnesium frames according to the company offer better durability at a lighter frame weight, but the only way to know for sure would be going over a rougher stretch of road for the same distance with a non magnesium style E bike, followed up by this one right afterwards.
I own this bike it's awesome the only thing I will say is becareful with the frame under the battery my screw already fell off...make sure you change the screw to so etching else
This is a lot of bike for the money, I've been saying that a lot later, but at a time when your money buys you less stuff, the opposite seems to be happening in the e bike industry.
Thinking about buying one. A few questions..1. how to charge the battery? 2. can a solar panel charger be connected while riding? 3. are the handlebars and grips changeable ?
Must be way more than 550watts. That's 11.5amps the controller is sending. A Lighter XP3 sends 20 amps (960W) Max. You'd be dragging along and clearly not.
This bike can hit 35 on a downhill lol....also just so you know the led light turns on woth the bike you can't turn it odd so i unplug it in the daytime and at night just plug it o. So can see... there is a light button but it's to turn the secondary night light on
I'm curious. Every review I'm seen of this make and model, seem to show that it EATs the battery. Now, it may be that the 'readout' on the display is goofy, but it's common in the reviews to see people do 10 miles (16.09 km) on a full charge, and it goes down to 1 bar. It concerns me as I was about to “pull the trigger" and order one, but if it is only going to get 20 miles (32.19 km) per full charge, that would be quite disappointing. Your thoughts, if you have any, please.
I didnt experience any big dips in battery, Anything with 1000 watts is going to be a big draw on the battery. I think i got close to 25 miles throttling on full charge. 48V 25Ah is a good size for that motor. 1200 watt hours total. My Kepler is 52v 20AH for 1040 watt hours as a comparison.
How much you weigh if you don't mind me asking the website says the thing holds 400 lbs I would think you should of made the entire 50 miles it advertised on full throttle
@@ChrisCrossed The few reviews I saw before this one, the bike continued to preform well, it's just that the indicator of how much battery was left went way down making it confusing as to how much battery was consumed and how much left. That's why I am curious if you noticed the battery indication doing a similar thing.
Nice! I just got my bike and I’m loving it ! Would you happen to n ow how to unlock higher speeds for the k6 pro? I topped out at 28 but I feel this can go faster.
One thing I haven't understood, maybe I am overthinking again, but why are "fat tire bikes" cheaper to order than a regular EMTB with regular 2" tires with dual suspension? fat tires ride a bit better than average mountain bikes on some of my southern AZ terrain but I would rather have 2" tires and a lighter bike with the same specs for the motor and battery but I can't seem to find that without it being a fat tire clunky bike.
@@ChrisCrossed glad you did this video I've been trying to find videos to kind of do a comparison to . Fabulous ebikes also has duel folding 750 bikes they are a beast for hill climbing
If you are forced to leave this bike out in public, unattended, you would fold it, and lock its tires together and then lock the frame to the bike stand, it doesn't power on without a key. A bike this cool needs to have a cover over it though.
I dont care about a key but a chain gaurd looks necessary and maybe an easy tightening mechanism

lol yeah I am not vertically challenged
Lovely..👏👏
I have the camo gold color I’m loving this bike so far
I'm thinking about getting this bike. Do you still live it?
Great review. Like a boss! Was hoping you’d say if braking or pedaling charges the bikes’ battery. Also was hoping that continue to ride power only all the way up the steep hill.
It’s a solid ebike, almost no e-bikes have regenerated braking unfortunately

yeah its weird the wattage on the display didnt go higher than 570
@@ChrisCrossedI have the same bike and it does not go beyond 570w either. Why do you think that is?
I also travel 12 miles going to work and 12 miles coming home and I have 2 bars of battery left with throttle only
Sounds about right for a 48V 2 AH battery.

I'd say its hard to tell to be honest. The new owner of it loves the ebike.

Oh ebike prices have def come down this year, lot of value out there.
Nice video how do you like this bike versus the Lectric XP 3.0
Its a much more powerful than any Lectric, heavier too.
Thinking about buying one. A few questions..1. how to charge the battery? 2. can a solar panel charger be connected while riding? 3. are the handlebars and grips changeable ?
Charge port on one side or you can take the battery out. Handlebar can be changed. The throttle is attached to the right grip so prob not.

Yeah I think it’s a software issue
How can u make it go 28mph just throttle? Is there an option in the screen settings?
Don’t think so
Would like to know the chainring size and controller amps
its either a 42 or 48T chainring, controller is probably 25 amps
different take for sure. Kind of a unique looking frame. Nice to be different. Thanks Chris for the review.
Hey you recommend this from. My Letric XP 2
10000% . This has 1000w motor with 96nm of torque.

@@NOWitsOKto it varies based on rider weight and other riding conditions. J have a lot of hills
What was the max mileage you have gotten on a single charge?
Ended up selling it so not sure. 25AH should get between 30-55 miles depending how you ride it and your weight.
How smooth is the ride? I’m very vibration sensitive
It’s a stiffer ride
@@ChrisCrossed thanks!
Mine makes a rubbing sound from rear, is yours have that ?
No, perhaps its the fender rubbing on tire?
@@ChrisCrossed thanks for responding
Check that a magnet did not detach... Turn the wheel by hand.
Which one would you say you liked more, this k6 pro or the euy s4?
Overall I like them both, just a matter of frame style. The K6 has an actual seat post so it fits my six foot frame better. The S4 looks cooler.
@@ChrisCrossed performance wise , which one would you say? Also, do you know if these bikes have a Bafang motor?
