Whats good about this structure is that it shows you don't need a workshop full of expensive tools to build a sim. Only basic tools required, so anyone can do it if they can dedicate the time. The main expense, of course, is on the PC, controllers and electronics

From memory I used the side image view of the Cessna172 from the Pilot Operating Handbook and imported that into Fusion360 and scaled accordingly until it looked about right and then traced it. To be honest my windows are a little bigger than the standard C172 but I wanted to get as much screen as I could so this was deliberate on my part. Hope that helps.
Not quite. Initially I used a combination of dimensions that I grabbed from various internet sources, plus the side profile of the C172 from the Pilot Operating Handbook. Purposely, I made the windows larger than normal to take advantage of the 55" screens. Its pretty close but not 100%. The overall width (inside) is about 70mm wider than normal C172.
what dimensions are you specifically looking for? This model is in Fusion360 and I dont have drawings printed. Happy to provide some guidance for you if helps

Did you use a cutout template for the windows? I am in the designing phase and I really like yours, I would like to reproduce it.
