Hi, thank you for the variety. I'm not a pudding person; it's the consistency that is hard to swallow. However, you make these look so delicious. So maybe I'll give the first recipe a try. Thank you,🥰😊🥰
3 great quick recipes that could be a staple to maintaining a healthy diet. I learn something everything I watch your videos, protein made with pumpkin and watermelon seeds? I can't wait to try it out too. Thanks!
I eat them for breakfast because these versions of chia pudding keep me full until lunch (I don't like to snack between breakfast and lunch). My kids love to eat them as a snack later in the day, which is a great option too.
Hi Petra! I might have two ideas, maybe you'll find them interesting enough you make some new recipes: 1) Ice cream cones. Grain free, sugar free, but possibly as tasty and crunchy. 2) Some other lemonade recipes, besides lemon mint. Like with other different fruits. Hope these sound interesting. Thank you for your recipes!
P.S. 3) I was just a few minutes ago in a supermarket, and remembered how much I liked(and still do😄) those round salted crackers. I don't know what it is about them, but they were such a comforting snack, I remember when I was younger and didn't think about what I eat, I could probably go weeks on these round salted crackers and some soda 😄. Beside the salt, I guess their textures and their form factor is what comforting too. Of course the ones that we find in stores are refined and not gluten free, but I wonder if it's possible to make a healthy version of them at home. If you'll have interest and time (especially interest) in "hacking" this, that would be cool.
Thank you for the suggestions, Maxim! I have some pre-filmed content for the next month (because I will be out of the country), but when I come back, I would love to make more recipes for lemonades. That's a great idea!
I do love chia seed pudding and make it often but I never did the hemp milk. Thank you for that idea. And I love that you make your own protein powder. We have this vegan stuff I got for hubby but we don't use it so much. Though I might, just to use it up, add it to chia puddings. Wishing you a yummy weekend. Cheers, Ivy.
@@nutritionrefinedasmr7025 Thanks! We did try the store-bought in pancakes that I made with my own flours but ... I don't like the fake taste from the PP (store-bought). I just like the ground flax, chia and other goodies that I add. Gonna do an oat/chia overnight mix to see. If that doesn't taste good, I'll give someone the powder because no reason to hold it if we're not gonna use it. Though Hubby didn't mind it in a smoothie, but it still wasn't great. Has this funny taste to it. Have a great rest of your week!
@@TheHappyWhisk Yes, I totally understand. I purchased protein powders in the past and there was one specific brand that I just couldn't stand. The protein powder was raw, vegan, kosher ... anything you could think of, but the taste was so bad. Just like you say - it tasted so fake. Even if I tried to hide it in a smoothie, I could always detect it. So, I ended up giving it away because my husband didn't like it either.
@@nutritionrefinedasmr7025 Yes! Same. All of those things, raw, vegan, organic but what is that taste? Searching your channel now for your protein mix. I grind all the time, just makes sense to make it. I'll give yours a go.
Hi Maria - the brand quite popular here in Canada is Yupik, but I know that Sunfood carries organic jungle peanuts as well. You can get them from the store website or on Amazon.
Thank you, Joleen! I use it mostly in my morning or post-workout smoothies or when I make porridge for the kids. You can't detect the protein powder at all. I imagine that it would work well also in pancakes, protein bars, etc.
Thank you for sharing these pudding recipes❤️ I often make the basic chia seed pudding but I'll be making the yogurt & protein one soon. Is there a different between white & black chia seeds beside their color?😁
Hope you enjoy those versions, Karen!❤️ Other than the color, the only difference is that black chia seeds have slightly more protein content, whereas white chia seeds have slightly more omega-3s. That taste is practically identical.
I have energy balls and protein bars recipes on my blog, but they are all with Medjool dates (technically still sugar). I am working on more recipes without sugar though, so stay tuned ;)
I am so happy to see your this channel coming back into action. Keep rocking. 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you so much!
Yogurt is my winner also!!!⭐️
Mine too! :)
Another beautiful video and fabulous info on chia pudding yum 😋
Thank you so much, Eleena!❤️

Thank you! Yes, chia pudding is a great way to use protein powder. You could also add it to your smoothies, oats, or even pancake batter ;)

Chia is nice, but it gives me diarrhea. I can tolerate 1 teaspoon max!😐
