also Greg Szeman with regard to your comment about beck's chemical use.. i have looked into beck's drug use because i thought for sure he must have been into hallucinogens in his younger days, but he has said that drugs have never really interested him because of the effect hard drugs had on people around him when he was growing up in his neighborhood. so apparently, beck hasnt taken any drugs ever.

It's possible, he's known to churn out songs in very short time, especially if he takes some chemicals to help him along, it's surely possible.
