We are 2 Canadians that sold everything and moved to Mexico on October 14th, 2021
We packed up 3 suitcases each with our then 12-year-old Maltese & hopped on a plane for Cancun. ✈️🏖️🩴

We moved to Mexico for a slower pace and ahier lifestyle, under the sun in the sand & palm trees!!

In this adventure-filled vlog, you can join us as we embark on this 5 Bay tour with our dear friend Chris, who is here visiting us from Canada.
Now normally this is a 7-bay tour, but because this is a private tour, we chose to only do 5 bays so we could spend some time at the one we liked the most. We spent the afternoon having a picnic and doing some snorkeling as well as some swimming and just enjoying the tranquility of the beach. We opted to spend the afternoon at Organo Beach, as we felt it was the most peaceful and looked to be the best for swimming and snorkeling. We started the day off at 10am and were back at the port by 4pm. Our captain was very knowledgeable about the area and was very professional. He took us wherever we wanted to go; he even offered to take us further into the ocean to look for whales and turtles. We opted for a peaceful day on one of the secluded beaches.
If you just go down to the marina in Santa Cruz, you will see the list of tours with prices, and I'm sure someone will approach you about offering you a tour. ( most will speak English.)
We started our journey looking in the Progreso area of the Yucatan, using a realtor.
Update: We ended up living in Merida for the first 6 months, then we moved to Progreso.
Update: We then moved to Chicxulub, then back to Merida.
We then moved Coatepec, then to Xalapa Veracruz; we are now on the Oaxacan coastline, chicos.✌🏽 Next stop will be Metepec, a town just east of Mexico city, then we head to Cancun for the winter of 2025/26

You can join us as we travel around Mexico, staying at each location for approximately one year; this way we can fully explore the area. It will also keep our content fresh and exciting for us all, chicos. ✌🏽🎉🎊

His name is Cece and he's almost 15 years old, male Maltese. They are non shedding dogs.
