We've stayed at Las Palmas many times and walk into Santa Cruz or Chedraui to buy groceries. I don't envy you biking up and down that road.....it's a bugger in either direction!
Also worth looking up the origins of the name La Entrega. It's an interesting story, and the guy in the statue plays a key role. I won't spoil it here :-)
