Ngl I know commander did get slightly nerfed with having a lower fire rate buff and more expensive but I still think it wasn’t as bad as people say it is. I still think commanders apc’s are really effective especially if you have like three commanders. The apc’s have every detection in the game and a very good amount of dps.
They would be if they were not so expensive to spawn them in, 2k per spawn is usually not worth it as you could have used that money to place other towers.
@@pylotheric9777 what I mean is usually you have 3 to 4 commanders so that's around 8k money used, and if your playing in a quad or trio where the eco is so bad, it's not worth it
I would put commando and toxic gunner/jester instead of ranger and commander tbh since they got really nerfed but they are still one of the best towers in the game while toxic gunner jester and commando got nerfed badly and still suck to this day Also paintballer as honorable mention
swarmer was not even killed by the bug fix during solar eclipse he was actually killed by bug fix that dropped in lunar overture updaate, were multiple swarmers were unable to stack up bees when they attacked the same enemy at the same time imo freezer should be in this video, in overhaul update he got such a huge nerf that he went from a good support tower, to the worst tower in the ENTIRE GAME paintballer should be here to, becouse after he was buffed recently, they nerfed him by giving him a pierce cap of 3 (what made the tower worse than it was before the rework)
yeah and don´t forget to mention about the commando got nerfed so hard siene the devs had killed most useful tower in the game, if i made tower defense game, i´ll just show that commando from tds has betray their team and join another army that is enemy from his former army that he join and i´ll give commando massive buff to be back as most useful tower in the game
Actually its Swarmer now he is just totally useless and no matter how much you placed them you will always have 16 dps total even with 40 of them ,they will only do 16 dps

It's placement limit was only 5 and it did 124 dps while costing total 33k but the new commando has infinite placement limit with 50 dps while costing total 22150. Not a nerf at all. It seems like It is a rebalance. If you count old archer (before it was in sale on 2023) It's way worser than commando dude

You can solo whole molten mode with commando and all supports (including medic,commander and dj) you don't even need consumeables to win just use 3-6 medic max to beat hidden boss but old archer (not the released on the one before it went on sale on 2023) couldn't even beat molten boss even If it's a long map

@@adamchea6321 Ranger and turret (5 placement limit yea it has hd) had 100 dps at the time of commando at max level with a placement limit of 10 with hidden detection and commando has only 5 . It doesn't mean that commando was the most op tower in that game and it still didn't had hidden detection in the back time. Crookboss's crooks were more stronger than crookboss at that time which is like 40 dps but crookboss had 35 dps or something like that. If you stack it,it basically gives you the highest dps
@@smilingjetstream Commando had rockets that did 50x4 damage. Assuming it hit multiple enemies, the splash damage of the rockets did serious damage to crowds.
@@adamchea6321 still. old rockeeter has 2x more damage than commando's missiles and It's explosion range is 20 which is absolutely insane while commando's one is 6. I can say rockeeter is better than commando because It has like 70 dps with a massive range aoe and while commando having 130 dps but only 35 dps comes from the aoe and Its aoe range is smaller than rockeeter's aoe range
