I did have a question for you, I’m just going back and forth on what a good first rig would be. My two choices narrowed down are the Rovan 45cc Baja or the 360ft truck. I see you have experience with both styles any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. Have a blessed day brotha!

In my opinion both machines are fantastic they both have their pros and I can’t really think of any cons LOL 😝 I can say the FT truck is heavier and that’s because of the extra plastic to mount the body and the body and roll cage itself. I like the looks of the FT truck better however. Also I can tell you straight out of the box unless Rovan put a different pipe on the FT you will have to exchange that garbage curly cue pipe with one of their torque pipes before you even start it.

I checked out your video where you put that upgrade exhaust on and it looked like it made a huge difference so I will add that on when I purchase, seems to be a really good upgrade for the price of a good tuned pipe. It's the all steel set up they sell. I have the traditional set up, the ones I saw are steel and have a bolt and plate included in the kit. You can also get one with cooling fan. Ever used that kind? Worth a damn ? or stick with the same fiber style clutch?
@@peteschannel508 well I run the 62mm setup on the 40 that’s the only 2 spring clutch I have all from Taylor RC. I don’t know if I know the clutch you’re talking about do you have a link?

I have a kingmotor 5t Baja, Rovan sells a metal performance clutch 8000k, wasn't sure if it would hold up better or was a common upgrade for other brand Baja's. I know a clutch typically uses fibers but it was a thought?

Woogie Nitro also that pipe when you get it the stinger needs the welds drilled out of the way. Take some oil and squirt it in there on the weld and a drill bit roughly the same size as the hole and clean that weld up in the stinger! Its opens it up! We make power brother we aint about restricting it! Like Ben said you will have to Email Dan for the 85037 pipe!

What kind of clutch shoes you got...and can you tell a difference in the springs?
I prefer king motor and yes Braap brother The clutch springs make a huge difference.
You running stock pinion and spur gear?also I got the 30.5 cc rofun I just put 8000 clutch is this right not sure what stock was yours run great

What’s better a 7000rpm clutch or 8000rpm cause wouldn’t 7000rpm be better cause it will engage sooner
It all depends on where the torque band of the engine is.

What is better the lower rpm clutch or the higher rpm clutch wats the difference between both
It all depends on what you’re looking for and what you’re driving style is
I like the higher RPM engaging clutches, because the engine is more in the power band when it engages
