- This is the first video in what I'm hoping will bloom into a series. Since this is my first proper video, expect editing mistakes among other things.
This one in particular was a gigantic pain in the ass to make due to how ungodly slow the computer was. It's running an ancient Athlon 64 X2 4200+ with 1.5gb of DDr2, an NVIDIA Quadro FX-1800 (with no drivers due to Windows 11 dropping support for old Quadro cards) and a crusty 250GB HDD from Western Digital.
I could have thrown in an SSD to speed the process up a bit, but wheres the fun in that? This is supposed to be about using ancient hardware, not upgrading it.
Next video will (hopefully) be about building a proper Sleeper PC out of this case. I don't know when I can start pre-production of the next episode since I'm currently in the process of moving house, but I hope I get the chance sooner rather than later.
I'm also going to invest in a tripod so I can capture footage easier without needing to hold my camera all the time.

For old stuff stick to window 7 are so on a dumpster like that
I wonder if mine could now thanks
as long as you have at least a dual core and 8GB of memory you should be able to do it.... the board would be the problem though... buss speed is too slow... yes W11 will install and run, but at what cost in performance....
Considering this took a week to make due to how awful Windows ran on AMD's ancient Windsor architecture, its pretty safe to say the cost in performance is anywhere between "gigantic" and "enormous."
try tiny11 i think i read it can run on 512mb of ram
