Usually, they are relatively similar with each other, but not 100%. You can stay longest time at a level, but the other level can be traded with larger volume. I believe the video using Market profile Both are great tools to determind the current situation on Market, what player are taking control, good or bad location to enter and exit. It not an indicator that provide trade signal though, but a tool to understand the market.
