It’s literally the game that anyone who grew up with Spyro or skylanders needs 😂😍 it looks like perfect combo of nostalgic and light hearted gameplay and a more advanced open world game
I think it's a game that needs to be approached with a slightly different mindset, but totally understandable that it might not be some people's cup of tea. As for me, it's a very interesting game I would love to try!

Then they added some more abilities and the world is filled with more puzzles to resemble Breath of the Wild... But I'm with you, I definitely want to try this one out.

I think Ubisoft heard the players who said AC Odyssey went too far with the mythological elements. That's what every comment section was about: "Why is this still called Assassin's Creed?", "This should be a new franchise." and so on. So that's what they did. They separated everything they felt was too much in Odyssey, turned it up to a 100 and and made a new game out of it. Meanwhile AC returns to a "bit more grounded" experience, and more connected to the rest of the franchise, at least that's what they said about Valhalla. I think it's a great idea, I hope this game's gonna be a hit. I can already see some sequels, set in different mythologies (Norse, Egyptian, Arthurian, Japanese, etc.) In the meantime they should let AC rest for a year or two (again), and they should re-evaluate what made it successful in the first place (again).

Honestly a little disappointed they didn’t leave a range of godly powers a secret and also with the limited selection. I was expecting we’d travel the realm and help different gods in different ways and receive a different boon from each. I wasn’t expecting smth from every God of course but at least the main 12 of the pantheon and Hades, whereas it looks like we’ll just be getting powers from Ares, Athena, Hephaestus, and Apollo, with another ability for Heracles who isn’t even really a God, just a hero.

I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment. I am looking forward to this and Biomutant more than any other RPGs or Action Adventure games coming up for two key reasons: They don't take themselves so darn seriously and they are a bit cartoony to bring back those feelings of gaming as a child. I'm getting sick of the top tier adventure/rpg games incorporating "survival" mechanics or other hyper-realistic mechanics that simply add tedium, time-sink, and therefore suck the fun out of the gaming experience. Beyond Cyberpunk...I feel that this title and Biomutant will be my most replayed games of the next gen.
I played the demo yesterday and it simply managed to do what I want from games, being fun to play, I enjoyed every moment and Im hoping for good switch port :-)

Thanks for being the one TH-camr I've watched so far who mentioned the stealth - the presence of stealth makes this basically an instabuy for me, as somebody who loves games where stealth is an option (as opposed to either games with no stealth (Witcher 3) or purely focussed on stealth (e.g. Aragami)).
@@jayveeeee I'm curious if it's more or less of a viable mechanic than in BOTW. You can play most of that game without using stealth at all if you want (I see plenty of streamers do that), or you can be like me and start most every encounter from stealth. Two questions, in case you know: 1) is the cloaking ability like invisibility spells that let you re-stealth in view if enemies, or does it need to engaged out of view? 2) Is taking out enemies stealthily one by one without others noticing a possible approach, or do nearby groups of enemies always aggro even if your kill was technically out of sight/behind them etc
i noticed some green coloured soldiers, do you have allies? do city's exist in this? i love games that have you fighing with some ally soldiers :D i wish that ther was an arpg or someting like this where you can have some companions or mercs to have on the journy, nice video ;)

This looks nothing like BOTW, I've played Kingdoms of Amulur Reckoning for the PS3, and it was chock full of bright colors and similar looking landscapes and environments. Saying that it looks like BOTW does a great disservice to an art style that has lasted longer than 20 years.

Guys if you wanna enjoy a game stop comparing it with others and just play and enjoy a new experience, because if you start playing a game and right away you start like "oh this is like that other game but the other game do this or do that" you won't enjoy the experience. I'm saying this because the game is not out yet and lot of people saying "just play BOTW instead or BOTW is better" and this game is not even out.

If I wanted to stare at a screen for hours at something that looks "super real bruh" I'd just turn on Netflix or Hulu...I play games to ESCAPE the real world 🌎🎮💯

Me too! I love platforming, Ratchet & Clank is one of my all-time favorites. Definitely felt some of that platforming in this game :)
It shows you how Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning is so underrated, when this has similar graphics, yet Breath of the Wild is what's used!

If there's no min-maxing or build optimization, why does the game have damage numbers popping on the screen?
I can see how that'd be misleading, but to me it's just a stylistic choice. There's really not a lot of depth there from my experience.

Can’t explain why, but I always been attracted by this type of games, graphics, gameplay and a narrator that make you laugh through your journey

I was more excited from another video that showed actual character creation. So the whole journey of the game will feel alot more personalized.
