Kickstarting my physical wellbeing

  • I decided to exercise (cough was meant to run but ended up walking) for a week - and document it.
    It was a great project for me to kickstart my physical wellbeing. It had been a long time since I had exercised. And the more I did it the more motivated I was to keep going.

    Thisnis so nice! Im feeling super discouraged about not going to the gym lately but this is a good reminder to just focus on moving your body and reconnecting to your body that way :)

      You can do it! Its so easy to fall into those slumps right. I think the hardest part is that first mental hurdle of actually doing it! I believe in you xx

    With all the beautiful scenery its better to walk, you see more.
