Generally, The rice mills can arrange. You can speak to the rice millers directly for that.

If you want to sell in your state level then you have state level fssai but if you want to sell pan India and export then you have Central level fssai licence. Hope you are understand

@@pwipindia it's not correct .. it's doesn't matter whether u r doing ur business in state or pan india ..... It depends on turn over ..if ur annual turn over is less than 20 crore then u need state lisence . And turn over is more than 20 crore then u need central lisence
