Too much oil is not good for health..Preparing tasty items with less oil is real greatness.
But it's not that bad if you have it only 1 time
Once in time it's ok
You can't make parotta with the flaky consistency otherwise. Maybe, substitute phulka if you wish.
Seeing that much of oil gave me nauseous feeling
Refined oil itself not good
Use cold pressed oil
You can use as much you want
