Highly recommend not heating spray cans with a heat gun, i know someone that had a can explode in his face causing alot of bad burns. Better off soaking them in warm water to help loosen the paint
U should weld 2 tabs on top of the radiator to attach it with the same bolt holes as the intercooler when u go to have the tab welded on bottom of the under cooler and have him do the throtle body at the same time ya dig
Just have a coupler on the TB as is and weld your piping to the mid mount so that you only have 1 coupler on each side.... Less couplers = more reliable = more seat time

What you could potentially do is have the first butterfly valve as a safety parameter, so say the car starts to get hot it closes or something else. Just an idea!
Say the car decides it's too hot while you're on throttle through a sweeping corner, so it shuts that butterfly. The car's weight will shift forward off the rear wheels and make it spin. You just put the rear of your car in a wall to avoid overheating the engine. Good thinking.
Mr. Jimmy Oaktree with how often we see a dumb part failure stress you out and cause additional time spent on projects I can only recommend less throwing stuff around all willy nilly lol. Myself being the king of small oversights, I have to point out that the throttle bodies were the same length lol but I certainly would have done the same thing.

The first butterfly valve on the etcs throttle body it’s for traction control, yep you heard it traction control.
Trim it down and weld a vibrant clamp too it.
