How do you go direct with the HX Effects?

i know... I know... there's no amps and cabs in the HX effects... but you can get around it!!! With IRs....

The Problem is that you have to put the IR block into every presets. They should add the option to activate an IR globally. That way, you could use it as a safety option, if your amp f*cks up on stage.

There should be global blocks on the HX FX, it’s such an obvious thing to do, especially if you’re compensating for a venue you’re playing and need to EQ each patch.

Does this have the new cab system on the helix 3.15 update? Or do you only rely on 3rd partys IRs?

It’s an IR… but the IR I’m using also has an amp built into it. So… most IRs are just captures of a speaker cab… but this IR is a capture of an amp + speaker

i'm using a Bogner Uberschall with my HX effects. After watching this video I'm excited to try the HX with some IR now. But how do I incorporate the Bogner into that?

You could run 2 signal paths… have your IR on the right side and send that to your PA system… have no IR on your left side and send that to your amp! Hopefully that helps???

i dont understand... these IRs u linked cannot be a amp and cab..... im at 142 IRs in those links and none even sound close to what ur playing
