I really think the knicks are going to disappoint a lot of people. I think yall are ignoring 1. Mikal bridges was not the number 1 option in Brooklyn. He was for that first half that he was for about 40% of the season until cam thomas became the pretty clear and obvious number 1 option. In terms of his defense I need people to realize that while bridges can be great off ball this DPOY player that people envisioned in 2022 just isn't the reality. He declined defensively in the 2nd half of that season and was getting butchered in the playoffs against bigger wings and faster guards. I think offensively he does give them a big lift as the 3rd option but his defense while good will not be what many think it is 2. Their center depth is lacking. Mitchell robinson is pretty much it when it comes to legit role players and he has a history of injuries. The knicks relied heavily on a 2 man rotation of bigs and hartenstein in particular helped them on both ends of the ball. 3. Health. Thibs is a guy who believes in running his rotations hard and practicing hard. At some point this mileage is going to catchup with brunson hart and others. OG and robinson two guys vital to their defense both have injury histories and it could be a bad combo with thibs being there. 4. Lastly I don't buy the idea that they can be good enough to beat anybody. At their best I think their a conference finals contender but I don't see how they're good enough to beat Boston and handful of teams out west most notably OKC and Dallas. Jayson tatum had one of his worst postseasons in years and the Celtics cruised to a title. If he's even slightly better they don't lose a single game. The Celtics core has better two way talent, it's just as young if not younger, and they have more talent and the best player and 3rd best player in any series vs the knicks. They could still win the title anything is possible but I do think they have a long way to go before being in the "they can beat anyone when healthy group"

Yeah I'm an Aussie. For me with the Embiid Zion situation, we have proof that Zion has been working but you can't say the same for Embiid. He often starts the season out of shape and that contributes to him being injured. Also its his performance in the post season even when healthy that hasn't been good enough either. A declining Westbrook, who has barely played winning basketball to begin with, won't help them. In addition, the strength of the West will drown the Nuggets. OKC is deeper and more experienced; Ant Man and the Wolves are on the rise fast; Mavs are hungry to get back to the finals and have an improved roster from last season; Memphis will be fully healthy and can very well be a top 3 seed again in the West. Nuggets will be a 5th seed and will get eliminated in the first round by one of the above teams.

Bro the talk about the suns missing the playoffs is laughable, for one, with an ass coaching rotation and multiple injuries throughout the season we somehow were able to make the playoffs without getting in the play in, which as a suns fan exceeded my expectations greatly, secondly tyus with a crazy good assist to turnover ratio on an ass wizards team is gonna be put on a stage with this suns team.
