My brother in law has this exact model, it starts up everytime . Had to wait 5 days till paycheck to get a new battery, so this battery pack came in clutch every time. Good product

Those portable jumper starters are awesome, but the jumper end can be difficult to squeeze open. Mine are like that too. I have one that is about 4 years old, and I've used mine twice to start my car with no issues. I was in a parking lot with a dead battery, and hooked up the portable jumper. This guy came over and asked if I needed help. I told him I was jumping my car. He told me he would get his jumper cables. I told him I have a mini portable jumper, and he looked at me sort of funny. I showed him the jumper, and he had never seen one before. My car started right up and he was impressed. He said he was definitely going to get one. My jumper doesn't have some of the features yours does, so I ordered the one you have. I'll save my old one as a spare. In that price point, it has a higher mAH and peak power than some more expensive jumpers. Plus it has a wireless charger and USB C that I can use with my phone if needed. Hope you don't have to use it, but if you do, it will do the job of starting your RV.

Cables to battery - then connect the device. You’ll get a readout on the screen on the cables first. Then connect the power pack.

Thank you. I was following the instruction pamphlet, which said to connect to the device first.

@@TexCynRVLife awesome. Some may be wired differently. The ones with the LED readout allow you to see your voltage on cables before you connect the pack. This way, if you see 12v or higher - your problem is not the battery! 😀

Cool, I will try it your way. It only spun a square pattern & it would have been nice to get a battery reading.

I just Ordered a 6000amp Avapow Jumpstarter was only $99 after $40 off coupon. Tons of Reviews are Positive for it, Even some Master Technicians at dealerships say it's better than the Expensive "Mac Tools" or Dewalt Jumpers.

People was using a 3000a Avapow Jumper to Jump off Big Ford F450 diesel Trucks and them Trucks have 2 Big 12v Batteries. That 2500a you got should do great for bigger stuff 🙂 but might not start a Big Semi Rig (They use 4 to 6 Car batteries lol)

Thanks! The motorhome is a Ford E350, the van lesser, so it's good to know! 😁

Do not turn the power on the charger first.
The thing you should do first , is clip the battery clamps to the battery , second thing to do plug into the power pack.
Third thing to do is Power it Up , follow the same instructions backwards when you take it when you disconnect.
You're lucky you didn't blow the battery in your face

According to the instructions, you turn the unit on first. I was simply following instructions.
      Thank you for your input!

If you noticed after she turned on the power before connecting it turned off. I don’t think her battery was dead. But thank you for the info, your advice is exactly what I was looking for.

How did it take to charge up after taking out of the box for the first time?

    • @TexCynRVLife
      @TexCynRVLife  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I think around 8 to 10 hours or more? I remember it took a long time, but don't recall how long now.
Once charged, it holds up well though. I've used mine several times now & am quite happy with it.
