their coaching is quite good but does hold them back aswell as lack of match experience but technically with first touch, passing and ball control there are around the same quality as big footballing nations.

japan really impressed me throughout the whole tournament you could certainly tell that they have very good technical skills.. i was rooting for them in this game.. they gave england a tough fight..unfortunately the english reserves teams are at a really high level in europe

well skin colour is noticed when it is blindingly obvious that the representative team of England has almost no English boys in it. I have nothing against the black kids and wish them well. Good luck to them but is this team really truly English? We know it isn't. Why pretend we don't?
Yeah, people are visual. When I 'see' something the colour is literally the first thing I see lol. It's the judgement that can differ.
On another note racism genuinely is in human nature. That's why governments spend millions / billions of dollars on educating people at a young age to get along, and enforcing all these crazy 'hate crime' laws and other public policies that impact / influence the behavior of citizens for the remainder of their lives to force people to get along, else they go to jail etc. Public policy is made to influence behaviour. People only know not to be racist because its brainwashed into them by government and they're threatened with jail if they don't follow, yet despite all this you still get racism haha. This is because it's subconsciously built in human nature / society, and you will never eliminate it 100%. It can be reduced though.
If it's not conflict over skin colour, then it will just be over culture or ideology instead. A large part of it is actually ideological. We see in the USA how a primary factor is 'perceived economics' and politics that drives the racial division. As with the argument regarding social conflict, it's like that South-Park episode where he wants world peace, so dreams of a world with only one religion, but that one religion just splinters into two interpretations of that one religion and you get world wars from it. If it wasn't skin colour then it would be something else that people conflict over (which they do, people conflict all the time over everything).
