Hi there! My 10 year old daughter and I love watching both of your channels. She has taken to using them as a way to chill out before bed. I know that this is probably outside of what you can control, but one of the ads that popped up mid-show was for a horror tv show. She asked me to tell you that she was worried about younger viewers and also that it scared her. I know that you probably can't choose the ads that are shown and we had a chat about the fact that your channels are not geared towards kids, but she wanted me to let you know. We absolutely love watching you mudlark and create. Thanks for all that you do!
😊 The little brown wooden object that you call "a little pedestal" (you set flowers on it in the upstairs landing) actually looks just like an old wind up Edison phonograph, the kind with the cylindrical "records". It's the right size, shape & color. All it's missing is a black or bronze trumpet speaker, which I bet you two creative girls could make one for it if you chose to do that (it would look awesome!). I have a real one that's from the turn of the century, and it looks just like that! I swear that's what it looks like, perfect to scale with that doll's house.
The little wooden "pedistol thingy" looks like it was meant to resemble a "tea safe box". Used in victorian times to lock up their tea as it was considered valuable. It also looks like a jewelery box or the base of a phonograph.
What an amazing job you did re dressing the 3 dolls. They looked so cute. Melted my heart a little seeing the children dolls all sat on the stairs with their toys. The house is looking fab. X

My son adored playing on the stairs all the time. With whatever a book he would read or star war figures Lego’s. He loved the side window that gave light and it was indeed his nook for whatever.
Watching you two decorate the stairs and landings of your 1920"s doll's house, made me feel Happy- It's all SO Lovely! And may I say that your soundtrack choice for this delightful video was pretty perfect too!
You did such an excellent job on making the dolls and your mum did fantastic with your options thrown in for good measure. I think the little boy doll needs a paper hat folded and put on his head .... With the boat he's playing with he can imagine that he is the captain or a sailor. Everything looks wonderful.and you both should be very proud of what you have done to bring history back to life by using your larking finds to really bring a breath of fresh air to making a dolls house complete.😊👍🥰

It's strange ; my hallstand stands in the same position in front of a recessed cupboard that has a door. The name of the cupboard is the Cupboard of Doom where things linger a while before getting chucked out .

My great gramma had a mantle clock just like your pedestal/ box. Maybe you could make a clock face for it and the lead soldier on the mantle would not be lonely. Love the videos!

Maybe get some directional lighting to illuminate different rooms then you could see the beautiful details of your dolls and decor ...also could bring some of the bottom rooms out beyond the actual boundaries...it will make more room for things
