Great bonus tip about not doing this on a Friday; I am definitely one to stew on things and this would ruin my entire weekend.
Hi Cassandra. I got the job. Actually I have gained a few positions and watching your video's is what gave me the know how and confidence I needed to even try in the first place. Love what you do...champion 🏆
Fantastic Dan!
You really did help me get a job. Thank you Cass.
Your videos are always so on point and insightful, thank you for this Cassandra!
I have done this at almost all of my jobs, and it is a great resource.
Wins file! Such a genius idea.. I remember trying to dig up stuff from previous jobs that I had hoped I saved outside of my work email so I had it to show later. Just keep one in general would be such a great idea
You helped me land a new job! I’m so excited!
I am starting my new job in a couple of weeks. I need more videos like this!
I love your idea of creating a win file! Thanks!
I never understood the power of a dozen donuts until today. Thanks for the awesome advice!
8:57mins of gems thank you!
Hey Cass! Thanks so much for all the great advice you've provided over the years. I've recommended you to so many people and they've also found you helpful.
I have a question that's unrelated to this video's topic. I am in a toxic work environment. I am very uncomfortable going to work everyday. I don't fear for my physical safety or anything like that but it is not an emotionally healthy environment. I've been looking for another job. I'm an experienced professional with a masters degree, which typically means the process of interviewing and actually starting a new job takes a while. My question is, what are you thoughts on jumping ship to something I am over qualified for just to get out and then continuing my search for the right job. Or, do you think sticking it out and playing the game until I get the right job is the way to go? Obviously you don't have a lot of details in my specific situation, but any insight you can provide on this topic in general would be hugely appreciated!
What is the best way to assess in the interview how you will be trained for the role? I've been in a position where there was no training process and was expected to hit the ground running without proper training or resources. Ug!
My new job is still in the mental health field (I have been in this field for a dizen years) as a Clinical Case Manager. In this field it is standard to have a supervison meeting of around 30 minutes once a week. Plus a team meeting once a week. There is always an annual review. Would you still ask for that 30 day meeting?
👏👏👏
How to prepare for interview please tell me i am fresher
👍
Never ever live to impress others, that's a disorder.
Cassandra I loved your videos for years but could you please not use those horrible beeping sounds in them? They're seriously so annoying that I'm getting headache and considering unsubscribing...🙈🥲 Thank you so much.
