- Hazira, Gujarat: As per DRDO chief Dr Samir V Kamath, the tank Zorawar is expected to be inducted into the Indian Army by the year 2027 after all trials.
L&T Executive Vice President Arun Ramchandani said that the joint development model has achieved big success and developed in such a short time frame.

Just assembled in India.
Sights, electronics,design, drive shaft, transmission, machine gun, tracks, chassis are developed and made in india.
While turret while foreign tech is also manufactured in India.
So only engine is imported.
They are soon going to replace the gun or the turret with an indian one. I think kalyani group is working on it.

The only cases in which India's military industry has been exceptionally successful are the BrahMos missile, which received technical support from Russia, and the K9 self howitzer, which was produced in India with technical support from S.Korea.

The way tejas is written on the jet and all the crappy symbols, are unprofessional... you won't find any fighters in the world with such color scheme knowledge! Because they don't prefer concept artists to design for them! They solely depend on engineers to choose everything.

We should be proud this is first time ever our indian companies produced indigenous defence equipment. Also AK- 203 rifle is produced by indian-Russian joint partnership in amethi UP. First 35,000 rifles was sent to indian army, again sorry modi haters this could not have done without Modi's "make in india" initiative vision.
