Sir you were an army man, can ask the defense minister on the Tejas delivery of MK2A as to why is it taking too long to be delivered to the air force and secondly if GE is taking too long to deliver the engines then why wait and ask Safran to deliver the engines, that is how GE will move faster in delivering the engines, thirdly ask the minister of when will they approve the AMCA and TEDBF to both army and navy .

India needs to start producing the engines for the tanks in India. Stop relying on Cummins American engines
Considering India's shambles military industry, represented by the Arjun tank and Tejas fighter jet, there is a high possibility that this light tank project will also fail. The only cases in which India's military industry has been exceptionally successful are the BrahMos missile, which received technical support from Russia, and the K9 self howitzer, which was produced in India with technical support from S.Korea.
Tejas wasn't a failure Indian airforce already give a big ordr of Tejas or neither Arjun tank was failure Arjun tanks cones under the heavy weight category Indian army didn't want heavy tanks more heavy weight tanks are more suitable in plains region we have enough Arjun tank in western border we need light weight and medium weight tank for eastern side of border specially which can easily operate in mountainous areas.

Sir, i am not sure if we will ever induct this. This tank will be tested for 10 years and the army will finally reject it coz by the time the tests are completed, this tank will be obsolete.

India's indigenous light tank powered on a US engine and not a patch on the less expensive and more effective Sprut that Putin offered India when China invaded India while Modi was cavorting with Xi on the Sabarmati. This is like India's indigenous Tejas that cannot fly without a US engine and British ejector eat.
