Starts with rounded lips (purely Labialized "O") ఓ, then the second "ఒ" Glottalized "o", (Glottal partial closure). And it goes back and forth with balance for the remaining "ఓఒ"s.. When articulated this way, the vocals will be produced with variations in melody, or all "O"s sounds glottal. Best Wishes. :)
