Every bank has different policies. KIBOR rate is issue by State bank. Bank don't finances more then 3 years old car.

Sir according to my knowledge leasing a car from bank and financed a car from bank are two seperate options. people are having 4 crore merc, audi, porsche from banks. it depends on ur bank statement. correct me if im wrong

Leasing is like renting a car for like a year or 2 depending upon requirement for a particular amount of miles for a payment per month while Financing is paying for the car and at the end transferring to your name...
Exactly!! All they discussed in the video was how to get a loan and pay it for the car. Not really much about how leasing works here in pakistan

There is no concept of lease in Pakistan, If U want this option Its available in western Countries.
Good video and informative. If you book new car with bank finance or purchase on cash , in both cases there is a risk of price increase between date of booking and date of delivery. Please also make a video whether we should buy car with 'ON' money or book through showroom . People prefer ON money because you pay a fix and get instant delivery. If you book through showroom your delivery gets late and still you have to pay price increase by company.

Below important points were totally omitted from the discussion:
1. Always check/bargain markup + spread rates from the banks. (Whether rates are fixed for a year or changing monthly or quarterly basis, bank spread should not be over 2-3%, fixed rates for longer period of time are better these days as KIBOR rates are at lowest levels these days)
2. Beforehand check hidden charges from the bank (Some banks charge hidden tracker charges from monthly installments)
3. Areas allowed by the for travel (Most banks do not allow specific areas for travelling for leased vehicles)
4. Banks charge hefty early settlement penalties in case of lumpsum vehicles pay offs before lease period ranging 10-6% of principal amount)

No bro you are wrong that banks don't allow going to KPk etc. It's just tracker company who says that if you are going to these areas. Just inform before going. And this policy isn't from but the tracker company. If you install tracker in your own car which has no relation with bank. They'll just ask you to inform going to those areas which is just one touch work. By mobile app or calling them

I think it best to save that money first and then buy a car because with interest you end up paying more for the car unless it’s 0 interest then it’s ok

This video has some information for the layman but some of the information given in the video is not correct , like max financing is 50lacs thats not correct and many other things like that .
