As someone how has been watching your videos since evvvver. It warms my heart seeing all these babies. Especially, after how horrible 2020 was for the babies and yearlings of monkey hill. Also: Mommy monkey :go and play little one. Baby monkey: ok, I'm going to go climb up the giant monkey with a square face. Mommy monkey: ok have.......oh crap I forgot......he's not part of the troop.
For a two--month old, baby Trinny is a bundle of insatiable curiousity, even climbing onto AM's camera. LOL!!! 😆 (Is Trinny short for Trinity?) Thanks again, AM, for such an insightful video into these monkeys' lives. 🐒🐒🐒🐒🇬🇧🐨💗❤💙💛
Welcome back! I have missed your videos. Trinny is so cute with her mane around her tiny head makes her look like a tiny lion. Poor Ridgy all by herself. Getting old isn’t easy. I hope we get a better view of Reddy’s bundle of joy. Thank you AM for your love of these creatures. I don’t know how you contain yourself from picking up the babies.
OMG I can't wait to see Reddy's baby! Girl or boy? Look at that little baby's beautiful coat! Oh my! We all have been wondering if Reddy was pregnant. Some views of her looked like she was then others not so much! Finally, the question has been answered!
Ok Trinny was beyond cute..!!!, but hey, you can see Tracy push her off her back to "go play"! So that is what she did!! I am ecstatic about Reddy. Can't wait to see!
So Reddy was pregnant after all! I can't wait to see her baby. It looks really small......could it be another tiny one like Dopey? Maybe that's why her belly never looked big. Ooo, I can't wait for the next installment!

Gyspy has been with kiley in the last 4 times that she's been seen. Also her breast always looks empty just like Tina's. I still think Tina starved her babies by depriving them of her breast milk for herself. There is a video of her removing her nipple from Tidbit(?) mouth and placing it into her mouth. Ridgy is all healed up but never see any of her kids hanging around her close like before and Mary is really haggered looking. Bessy wants Bolly to sit with Betsy. She probably more behaved when she goes back. Bolly just seems like to be one of those aunts that always has bad breath. So is this the second year that Bossy has not had a baby?
@@vg7735 Well, we don't know if Ridgy's daughters protected her or not. She has been in many fights with many members of the troop these last two years. Her older daughters could have tried to protect Ridgy or just protected the little ones. In a few episodes, we saw Gigi run to her older sisters, Rudy and Ruby, when Ridgy was being attacked. Her older daughters have had scratches, and Rudy had a large injury on her leg. Were these injuries from protecting Ridgy, their family, themselves or the troop? We don't know. Once Grady was born, Vivi seemed to just protect little Grady and cared for Gigi, Didy and Fifi. Remember, Haggy has many strong older daughters (~6) and Nony, whereas Ridgy has three older daughters, maybe four if you count Vivi. Not really a fair fight. Also, Didy, Gigi and Grady need protected. Moreover, I don't believe it was just Haggy's family that fought with Ridgy. Bossy's family also fought with Ridgy. We saw Bossy's family put Ridgy in her place when she tried to join the high borns under a tree. Bossy's girls are big and strong. Dy is the size of a large adult male. Bry, Bolly and Bessy can be assertive and aggressive. Not to mention Barney, Barry and Bucky. Ridgy's girls and little one would be destroyed by this family if they didn't show submission. Barry and Barney definitely put Ridgy in her place because Ridgy would show total submission and cower any time either one approached. Let's not forget Lancy. She is very assertive and aggressive if need be. Her family includes two older big boys (Laddy and Larry), Litty and all their teenagers who could join the fight. Dorothy and Dorty are also an aggressive duo. Then we have all the mid-ranking monkeys possibly trying to move up in rank. I really don't think Ridgy's girls could defend against this. The family is not that strong and has little ones to protect. So, whatever Ridgy and her family members did or didn't do, they are all alive, injury free, and the little nut Grady is thriving. Showing submission, protecting and caring for each other was the smartest option IMO. We HAVE seen Ridgy's daughters grooming her, so she has not been abandoned. Reclusive yes. I would be reclusive too. Ridgy is looking better, mentally and physically.
Hi everyone! It is good to be back here again after a medical hiatus I had to take. Do any of you happen to know what that large lump on Ridgy's right cheek area is all about? @17:31 I can't tell if it is the whole right side of her face that is swollen or if it it two, one on her cheek bone and another down on her jawline. She has certainly lost quite a bit of weight and bulk in the past few months. I am still catching up here and wondering what happened to her and her family. How and when did she and her family lose rank?
It is so good to see everyone. Poor Ridgy sitting alone, why aren't some of her kids with her? Wow, I thought Reddy was done with kids...she is looking old. At least Berty is around to help out.
Gypsy has a lot of kids, I have been watching a couple of years, I can’t recall when she didn’t have a season of not spawning so to speak, well maybe she skipped one year? Can’t remember but for sure she has had a lot of babies.
@Joseph Human I know I have been watching since Teeny was still a teeny thing. I remember ger losing Kaylee and the lil boy last year. I can't place his name but he was almost a year or maybe a bit beyond a year. Kaylee was quite an early death, less than six months, I think.
Your correct. Every year she has since Knotty. I also think she's a smarter mother than most. It seemed like she had Aunts sit with her babies that were high ranking. Like Rudy. She was conditioning the troop seeing her offspring in areas or situations where she could not be at. Kailey hung around Fifi and Vivy and received food from Grandee in the front row. Knotty and Knitty hung around Dopey. I think after Kailey died she lost faith in Rudy and shared sitting of Kody with Krissy. Then Krissy had 90% Koby sitting until he died. Now, Krissy has had very little babysitting on video. Either Gyspy is taking applications for new sitters or has given up on trying to keep her offspring from being at the bottom of rank with her. Although, Kiley is a male and he won't really have to worry about his rank in the troop since he does get kicked out in 4.

Yeah, she was a snippy little diva when she was younger, and since she has younger sisters, it isn't a happy camper. Wasn't she tge heir apparent or was a that one from another troop (Bubby?)

Interesting how Dorothy is typically by herself. Same with Dorty. They don't spend all their time right with each other. Only when Dorty has a baby that Mom Dorothy is right there constantly. Dorothy also doesn't constantly hang around one of the other mom's with a small baby. She only haunts the mom she can steal a baby from: her own daughter. Sad.
Dorothy is very high ranking. I believe her family is ranked below Lancy's. Lancy is ranked below Bossy. So, Dorothy could steal babies from the lower ranking monkeys if she wanted to. She has just taken (babysat) her daughters' babies.

She literally is killing her own bloodline. Dorty is not capable of getting her baby away. Well, wait. We can't get 24hr surveillance of her behavior but God wouldn't that be great. I wish we knew more of what happened within that whole situation. Dorothy is one that also sparks my interest. They're so smart about some things and completely ignorant on simpler things. I don't know if you noticed but when Tracy was trying to teach Trinny something and was preventing suckling, she pushed her baby in a way that smacked her face on the pavement. It's a side view of Trinny's reaction but her face shows pain and somewhat stunned. A mother should, would, recognize their mistake and comfort their baby's pain but no. Macaques don't seem to recognize the pain they place on the baby they love. Hmm🤔🤨
@@pitbull1026 I didn't notice Trinny's grimace. I was wondering the whole time if Trinny was trying out her new teeth on Tracy's nipples. There definitely was a disagreement going on between the two. I think Tracy won. :) lol

My reaction exactly! I've been a Reddy fan since I first glimpsed her with Dopey in mid-2016.

No. This is the first year Bossy has skipped a year since AM has been filming (2016). Becky was her baby last year (2022).
No they don't drink their own milk but they use their mouth to see if there's a flow and if not they usually suck a bit to get it going again.
