Another day another tent review lol! Love it, and we love the looks this supplier too, right up our alley! And the Lanshan is going to go down in history we are sure! What a handy bit of kit. Catch you soon Adam, have a great week, Ceri and Kat 👍❤☕🏕
@@MrWildWales I did the same exact thing today as I set it up for the first time. Thought a peg was missing. And I agree…it seems to work better pegging the vestibule separately….
It's been pointed out that the front guy line doubles back and hooks to the two doors taking away the need for the extra peg I thought it was missing! I think I'd still like to use a separate one on the door though for extra strength.
Hi mate, newish subscriber from Cardiff. Appreciate your reviews and videos. Very entertaining, especially when Poppy and Drew feature. Keep up the good work. 👍🏾
Love that you took off your shoes before getting in the tent even though your shoes seemed pretty clean! I am surprised by how many reviewers simply just jump into the tent shoes and all, especially if they enter through the head end. I guess some people are okay with letting the outside into the tent to get the full outdoors experience.
Im a tarp person but I do have a Lanshan 2. For a tent its ok as long as you seam seal and reproof it fairly regularly. The added bug screen is nice if you are one of those people that gets eaten alive
I love the colour of this lanshan and the pro version is so much better.i like it. Are you taking this on your skye trip Adam? Great review by the way 👍
I think brown is my favourite for tents it blends in so well. You'd expect green to be better but its not. Yeah I think I am going to take this it just makes sense to. The pro version has single skin this one has double but its longer than older models
yes i have just got the solid inner one this morning adam the 2021 model which doesn,t need seem sealing so thats good havn,t set it up yet because its raining today so ill let you know what i think mate thanx for the review brother 😊👍
@@MrWildWales yes that tent came yesterday adam and the fella had it down has a lanshan 1 but when i got it out i said to my mate it looks big for a one and when i got it out and read the instructions it was a lanshan 2 mate new for £80 2020 model i think its is. its white at the ends
I really want one of these! Is the pole supposed to be the "peg" for that one on the middle of the inner and therefore not a peg short? Look forward to seeing you using it 👍🏻
Someone pointed out that the front guyline is supposed to connect to the door so it would be right then. I think I'd still prefer a second peg for that though. I'll add it to the video description now.
Hello there! Excelent review! There is some way to disassemble the inner tent before the other one? Or assembly the outer tent before the inner (for exmple on rainning days)
Nice Review mate I have just ordered one will arrive next week . I managed to get one with the T door so opens all up . It will be my first light weight tent 😄 Atb Graham
How tall are you? My friend has a zpacks altaplex (very similar tent to this one in size) and once I’m on a 3” sleeping pad in it I don’t have much space. I’m 6’7 or 201cm
I'm 6' myself and I think you'd find this a squeeze. Have you considered a onetigris iron wall? It's not a whole lot heavier and the inner is 320cm - amzn.to/3jWTEEn
You attached the front line incorrect. It should double back and the shepherd hooks attach to the doors. But it can be done several ways. Mine is exactly the same by I got the T zip door so it has two doors that open fully 👍
what's the difference between the 15D and 20D everybody keeps talking about? does the single wall or double wall make any difference too? if yes, what? lastly, is the Langshan 1 Pro worth the extra $?
The D is how thick the fabric is. Lower is lighter but not as strong. I haven't tried the single wall but always prefer a double to keep you away from the condensation on the walls. The pro is a single wall
Thank you@@MrWildWales. I'm looking to upgrade from OEX Phoxx 2, after something lighter and more streamline. Would you say this is a worthy contender? Thank you again
Great review, really honest as well, thank you. I have the Lanshan 1 Pro which l bought as its really lightweight for the money. By and large l'm happy with it, but condensation as with all single skin tents is an issue. On balance, would you say that the additional weight of this model, is mitigated by the reduced condensation? Advice appreciated. Cheers.
I don't know if you mentioned it in your video and I missed it, but how tall are you? I'm 6'4 (abt 192cm) and I've been thinking about buying this tent
@@MrWildWales was naughty I've been in work, seen it flash up and thought stuff it I'll watch this instead lol Just bought one of these Lanshan 1s came the other day so going to have a play with mine later

Boooosh get it the dry! 👍
Haha well I've done a few of these reviews lately to be sure 😂. I'm looking forward to putting it through its paces 👌 thanks for commenting
The missing peg is the one you used for the vestibule as they should be attached to that clip you didn't know what was for. 👍
Yeah I worked that out nice one 👍 mind you I do prefer to peg it down separately

Glad you liked it mate 👍 just tie a loop into the front guy by the peg then you can use both adjusters 👍
@@southcoastoutdoorsuk6301 It's great thanks! I'll have another look at that door set up next time I pitch it
Also pegging the doors closes the gap under the doors. I prefer it that way as well. 👍
The Lanshan 1 Looks simple to assemble and comfortable inside- certainly one that I would consider using.
It does seem really nice can't wait to get out in it!
Great review mate it looks a cracking little tent for the money 👍
Nice one! Yeah I'd defo recommend it
Not the normal type of review but more interesting chilled and informative, well done.
Thanks mate glad you liked it
Thanks mate decent review will be getting this one!
No probs mate cheers 👍

Good review. I have a Lanshan 2 and absolutely love it. xx
