I have been working on this video in the past couple of days and its finally done. In this video i am showing you how you can make a fan blade very easily at home. I used aluminium sheet and a pvc pipe some epoxy putty and its done.

I use plastic containers like Alberto VO5 shampoo, Head and shoulders,fabuloso 128oz, Axe body wash,plastic milk containers,pencil case and plastic binders to make a fan blade since I have alot of DC Motors.😂😁
Im going to start collecting microwaves to keep the motor,LED display light,and the fan blade.
Why do the blades have to be separate from the hub? Can’t you just cut the whole thing from a disk? Or multiple disks glued together with a little tube of rolled up foil in the middle for a bearing? Then just crimp and/or glue the tube to the motor shaft?

dc motor,most common ones are 12volts or 18volts and can be found at most local hardware stores

Didn't show how the blades were secured to the spindle from the motor. Plus I didn't see what the point was. It looked like you had a perfectly good fan with plastic blades.
