Mashallah what a beautiful family. Your kids are beautiful alahuma bariik ❤️❤️ the problem with Somaliland is they still need to get to work on proper sewage systems / water systems and electricity isn’t the strong. Hergaisa has very bad water shortage. All this is glitter and glam when at the roots allot things need to be worked on, but real estate 🏡 is booming in country which people are milking out of

For proper sewage system, I agree 100% with you and I believe this will not be solved soon because we too far from that! but I don't get what you mean by bad water storage? if you mean public water system is not enough to Hargeisa, yes you are right and there are ongoing projects to improve Hargeisa water supply.

I would not pay 300K if there is an issue with water, electricity and internet. Also, it does not make any sense to pay that amount of money if the city is not well built and the neighbourhood is poor, can you imagin the amount of evil eye you get? I would not pay 300K if there is an issue with water, electricity and internet. Also, it does not make any sense to pay that amount of money if the city is not well built and the neighbourhood is poor, can you imagin the amount of evil eye you get? City has to have good infrastructure, good roads and hospitals.

Lovely quality and the finishes are so so much better
also Somaliland is pretty much nearly desert so there is really no need for huge outdoor areas for many people so I get the amount of space , i would personally like more but i know that the large outdoor areas can look terrible if not kempt so this is much less maintenance and more sustainable to manage.

The country has a diverse climate

@@Oneofakind49 I am talking about much of the landscape which I have travelled seems to be very dry and desert like.Sure there are some places which are quite green but you can see the actual desertification if you look at any colour map of Africa. It’s not a controversial statement.Maybe we aren’t an actual desert yet, Alhamdulilah and much of the areas with dry hard soils can be reversed but it’s not something we are focused on so soil due to lack of moisture in the soil and winds and surface run off will continue to desertify the landscape and remove top soil. Meaning most plants will not be able to survive.

This is awesome house but no outdoor space, the main kitchen would have looked much nicer if it was open kitchen, I bet this costs a fortune to buy. If I decide to move back to East Africa I would build something like this but without compromising my space, I currently live on 1.2 acre with 3 structures plus surrounded with fruit trees
