@simo4d5a28 Yes, there will be resort fees in Amelkis for the upkeep of public spaces, security etc. I believe this to be around $4000/year but would have to check.
there's a lot of space but there's no privat garage is it possible to have a privet garage like a 3 cars garage i think it can have it in the back of the villa please give me an answer
