I've been using in Convergences to learn Ele. One thing that is frustrating is being caught in the wrong attunement OR with the attunement I want on cooldown OR the bosses going Invulnerable for the next phase just as I get to the fun part of my rotation. With Weaver, it Seems like having so much hinge on the Elite skill might be a recipe for frustration?
Yeah, having range, condition damage and the heal on spell casts mean you can always kite and heal up... the down side is Elementalist has such a low HP pool

Stability is actually very important to DPS because it allows you to dish out your damage without getting interrupted. ❤
