+amazingdany When your on the court there is no time to catch your breath. On a field, the striker can jog or even walk back to their own end if the threat is not that big and vice-versa. When you're a defender and your team is countering your main focus is to push up the line and keep it entacted. Futsal is like playing outdoor soccer except there isnt 3 thirds of a field and different types of game intensities at different times. Just one court and no jogging. Always intense.

K - It depends. Futsal there is very little running; most of it is short passing. Football you are running longer stretches and faster (depending on where you play ofc).
It's like 5 a side and I find 5 a side to be much less tiring than when I play 11 a side lol

Zaw because its easier to control the ball with the sole. futsal balls are a bit softer than normal footballs ;)

Futsal is a very fast paced game as you can see and there is no much space. By controlling the ball with the sole, you can keep the ball very close and you can pass the ball faster after controlling it. I play futsal for more than 10 years now and I always control the ball like that because it makes it easier to control and pass after it.
