    MOVIE INFO:-
    Raised in a remote tribal village, Shivudu grows up a carefree young man who relentlessly pursues his heart's desire. This leads him on an adventure to a completely unfamiliar territory. On this journey, he falls in love with Avantika, a Nishada soldier. To win her over, Shivudu takes on the dangerous mission of rescuing Devasena from the tyrant King Bhallaladeva. Shivudu manages to free Devasena and during their escape, uncovers the truth behind his mysterious past.
    A flashback unfolds here with King Vikramadeva of Mahishmati passing away suddenly, leaving behind an empty throne and an orphaned son, Baahubali. The kind and righteous Sivagami, wife to Bijjaladeva and biological mother to Bhalladeva, goes onto adopt her nephew and raises him as her own. This decision however, bears consequences; having to share his mother's love and the status of a crown prince, Bhallaladeva secretly grows to be highly jealous of and hateful toward Baahubali. His resentment further grows when his mother chooses Baahubali as the King of Mahishmati.
    After establishing that Shivudu is in fact the son of Baahubali and Devasena, the film ends in a cliff-hanger, leaving the audience wondering about the death of Baahubali.

    Some slightly dodgy rope physics aside, this is really a masterclass in visual storytelling. Even someone who can't speak the language of the small amount of dialogue, just from this one scene, can get an accurate picture of the relationship between the characters and their backstory. It's almost a self-contained film in itself.

    I am 55 years old now and ever since I was like 10 years old, I have watched trailers, movie clips and movie scenes from movies of India. I have never really had the pleasure of watching an entire film of India.and that's perhaps because movies from India are not shown too much in American Tv or American theaters. I would like to say that I have never seen a scene or a clip from a film of India that did not impress me. Through my observation, i have realized that India is a giant and that India has great talent and marvelous stories , plots and genius abilities to produce films that are worthy of awards and world recognition. I also believe that America dominates the film industry worldwide and that's why American films win more awards and become classics, historic and most popular. I believe that if the film industry in India were given a fair chance to compete with Hollywood film makers in the USA that film makers of India would be just as recognized , appreciated and valued as the film makers of great movies in America.

      @@truebeliever786 actually it's not your fault that u haven't been fan of indian movies, it our own fault. Why I say this is because we do have lot of potential making such films with good storytelling because of our history and our myths and legends which we hear since childhood. It's just that our main industry back then, bollywood never cared for this much world building and storytelling, they were not capable of this despite having lot of resources. It's a very box office oriented controlled industry which doesn't allow good story tellers to come forward. That's why bahubali came as a shock to the public even in India as it was from other industry in South which wasn't considered much in mainstream. And when they delivered something like this on the screen which the ppl always heard as kids that's when public realized this is what we have wanted for long. That's why u will see indians liking it. Bahubali changed alot of things and bought a revolution.

    • @mtk3755
      @mtk3755 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@truebeliever786 i hope you got some more perspective. What I'd say is be excited this is just the beginning and indian cinema if banks on bahubali will give many great stories in future like this so be excited. Also I'd say despite this there are still many films you can explore, they are not so big or storytelling is not same. But they are good. I'd recommend check out malayalam industry which produces offbeat movies, tamil cinema if you love artistic ones. Kannada cinema if you like visually good storytelling and telugu if you like commercial big cinema like bahubali which was telugu cinema. Even in bollywood, movies of some indie directors are good storytelling not so big though.

    It's been 6 years, and for me no movie has ever even matched the level of cinematography, the direction, the screenplay that this movie has reached, not even the second part!

    Bahubali Statue scene about Hero is above the Villan and KGF Statue scene about Villan is above all.
    Most interesting part is both scenes coming in the middle of both films.

    I don't know anything about film making but whatever kind of genius at play behind this scene kept absolutely immune to cringe and delivered the scene the way it was necessary for telling the story. Hats off..

    It makes sense for that old dude to react to Baahubali’s face like that given he’s probably part of the generation that knew & loved his father.
    But why are the youngsters behind him all so fired up about Baahubali?

    • @jonecuntapay9561

      @@multifandomguy6400 hmm Ok I can accept that reasoning. Yeah maybe the legend of the original Baahubali long outlived him.

    The old king remembered because of his deeds, the new king, despite his statue being erected looking down as the wounded pride of the nation in the form of Devsena looking back, the spirit of the real king being far larger than the statue of the king... Hmmm. Interesting.
