This is the first part of a Sonaze video created for the group SonazeSupportion on deviantART.
Why do we support Sonaze? This video includes cutscenes that hint some kind of romance between Sonic and Blaze. Also my thoughts on this.

Ah heres some nostalgia. When I was younger I was obsessed with this ship, and my sister even knew it. I watched this 6 years ago and loved it. I drifted away from this ship, and stopped shipping all together, but, I still think this pairing is one that makes a lot of sense. I doubt anyone will see this, but if you do, share your experiences with me please.
Thought I was the only one who came for nostalgic reasons.
What can I say,I still ship these two,maybe not as strong as when I first met the couple but still do.
My experience with this ship happened after playing Rush on 2009-2010,I wasn't a fan of the ship yet,since I also didn't know such ship already existed at the time I played Rush,but after seeing the ending I was thinking "Know what? I like these two better than sonamy,they really make a lot of sense" and that was just the beginning.
Fast forward to 2012 I discovered the ship via this video and was sold to the ship,instantly I liked how people pointed out their dynamics and chemistry,to this date i still ship them.
Swift Moon dang, man, time flies. Some of my old accounts on websites and the PS3 have been littered with Sonaze.

A lot more truth to that matter than you might think...even though chilling would be rather ironic haha. From what I noticed, Sonaze isn't as large of either, but is contains more of the mature crowd. Sure there are always exceptions, even as I regretfully mention several older people belong to that too, I'm just pointing it out.

My guess is that Sonaze is underrated, so people go for those 2 couples generally, but in the end I lately found Sonaze just more likeable than those 2.

@@Coco_1958 It feels one-sided. Sonic is not interested in her like that and Amy (back then) comes onto him, making him clearly uncomfortable, chases him, tries to not only force him to date her, but also force marriage on him.
Blaze works for me because the two have more sync and play off each other well. Not to mention, Blaze, unlike Amy, would not hold Sonic down (Sonic is a character who's always on the run looking for adventure)

Mmm. What rather sold me the first time on this pairing was indeed that ending of the first Sonic Rush. Anyone familiar with romantic farces will stop to look at this scene and get that fibe that something is going on here.
As the good book puts it, actions speak louder than words. And the dialog itself tries to put a good deal of tension and awkwardness in it.
I support Sonaze. Not changing my answer,but first,let me explain myself. First for why I'm not siding with SonAmy
One: Amy literally has tried to threaten to hit Sonic with the piko piko hammer. That's a Red Flag if you ask me.
Two: Amy is only 12 and Sonic is about 15-16 which,yeah there's about a 3-4 year age gap between them,and before someone says age is just a number,considering what would happen if the FBI found out.
Three: Amy has learned how to read tarot cards so there is a possibility she could either see where sonic could be in the future or get her own stand.
Now Sonic X Sally Acorn is well,split 50/50 in my case
One, those two don't exactly get along,Sally has insulted Sonic by calling him Impossible for example.
Two,she is literally a princess while Sonic's only connection was his uncle being the inventor at the palace of mobotropolis.
Though,she has shown to care for Sonic for example,alongside bonnie rabbot,she consoled him when he had to leave his Uncle Chuck behind because the effect of his power ring ran out and he was reverted to his nature he was sent into from being roboticised.
((Yeah,SatAM Eggman's a real jerk,he's more serious than the modern Eggman))
Now,as for why I support Sonaze.
One,Sonic and Blaze have similar moves,Similar Abilities,Similar forms,and they wear footwear with similar patterns.
Two,if I counted Sonic Underground as Canon,which ask the Sonic heroes apparently does,they could unite queen Aleena's Kingdom with Blaze's Kingdom(assuming it got that way).
Three,there have been hints towards Blaze having an interest in Sonic the hedgehog(i'll let the videos speak for itself),not to mention...(spoiler warning in effect from the words that follow this warning, if you haven't played Sonic Rush,Sonic rush Adventure or Sonic Colors on DS,then stop reading, play said games on a DS or 3DS and then continue,you've been warned)
After facing eggman and eggman nega's final boss fight with Super Sonic and Burning Blaze before they were split apart,they tried to hold each other's hands.

So,hopefully if you read this you'll understand,it's better to let someone explain why they're interested in a Certain subject instead of grabbing torches and pitchforks because you don't agree with them

Did you ever consider that Blaze is the kind of person who isn't exactly stellar at sharing her emotions to others? She is extremely independent and is against going to Sonic for help in Rush. Blaze was OOC in Sonic 06, she gives the emotional support to Silver, when in the Rush games, she was pretty troubled herself. There's a reason Rush got a sequel and 06 didn't.

The name doesn't ring even a triangle bell. Who are you? Also I'm not against SonBlaze. In fact I probably would be for it if I saw some romantic attraction between them, but I don't see any attraction between them. They just seem like good friends. Blaze just seems to appreciate Sonic for helping her stop being shy. The only time I've seen any hint of attraction was in Black Knight but that was Percival and not Blaze. And even then blushing doesn't always mean romantic attration.

Yes Blaze & Sonic are good friends, but they don't love each other, I support Silvaze, though I don't get why some people can't just say SonicXAmy or SilverXBlaze. I never played Sonic The Hedgehog 2006, but by all the videos I saw, when Elise blew out Solaris I thought it only took away her memory of what happened, not everybody else's. Silver & Blaze are closer than Blaze & Sonic are so that's why I support ''Silvaze'' though I prefer it be called SilverXBlaze.
logantew15 Blaze is from another dimension. It is confirmed by Sega. We know that Sonic 06's story told us that Blaze is from the future, but Sonic 06 was erased completely from the timeline. If it's not enough proof, Sonic Rush came out in 2005 unlike Sonic 06, and wven Sonic Generations told us that Blaze is from another dimension, and with the help of Sonic she learned the power of friendship.
So Sonic and Blaze are closer than Silver and Blaze.

As nice as this couple is, I don't think this video is really enough proof for Sonaze. It seems to me they are just close friends, with Blaze possibly having a (small) crush on the Blue Blur. I commend you on using virtually all their interactions, however. :)

Logically speaking it's the only Son- pair that makes sense, they share more things in common and the ending of SR is still a mystery. I don't hate if people like other ships but I think Sonaze suits better
xo beautifulraindrops xo Yeah, the chemistry between them is big, to be honest i'm not a Sonamy fan because I can't see them in "synch" and its either, the most loved or more hated ( not hating you) , however I respect that you like that pair, the only pairs I can see that could happen are Sonamy( even if i'm not a fan, I sometimes think it could happen) or Sonaze because of other reasons than this video gives.
