So interesting. My functional doctor put me on M. Years ago because I developed asthma that was killing. I am allergic to sulfates. Added the M. And stopped consuming sulfates and my asthma is gone!

Thanks so much for making such great videos ! 👍 I think the sufite issue might go beyond preservatives, like sulphur containing foods like eggs and onions, and I think zinc and copper play a part as well in using the sulphur . I became allergic to eggs and onions and I started taking zinc and copper and most the problem went away , to were I can eat eggs again, yesterday I started taking a multivitamin that has molybdenum and my taste is more sensitive , and loss of taste is a sign of low zinc . So maybe molybdenum helps the body with asorbsion of zinc ?
Molybdenum Cofactors regulate nitrate reductases. Nitrates, nitrites, nitrosamides, sulfates, sulfides, metabolism, as well as part of alcohol dehydrogenases depend upon it.
@peter Osborne , what would be veryful the tests we can take to determine for example a molybdenum deficiency or b vitamins like b1 , B2 . Maybe a whole video onto that would be very helpful since alot of people request this
