I've been screaming at my monitor to heal Tesla, but instead with 900 health you went back to fight the alpha rex with a fire wyvern near you. I'm sorry to say this but Tesla's death is on you. Poor Tesla. :(
I was screaming the whole time. Just go back and heal with a snow owl. You can always go back to the creature. You cant bring the wyvern back. Also the crackling noise you heard is the element veins popping up. Also. When you have wyverns chasing you, fly low to the ground near other creatures to kite the wyverns onto them. Syntac, just to clarify, the poison Wyvern has a semi homing breath. Now by that I mean it won’t curve to hit something, but if there is a creature in the area you are aiming, it will try to predict where it will be in a few moments to hit it. Love the vids keep it up RIP Tesla.

Makes me love Ark even more. It’s hard to find an Ark TH-camr that doesn’t spawn everything in.

Hey syntac, just a heads up, giga's are the best way to ge with beating extinction. A imprinted giga can solo a red drop , and a army of 2-3 giga's can take on the ice and forest titan because giga's do not rage easily anymore. You can find them in the mountains south of the city as well as near the front part of the ice biome
I am convinced he gets dinos killed on purpose. I find it inconceivable that he looked at the HP of his Wyvern and thought messing with the strongest wild dinos was a good idea.
One thing I have learned very early is if you cant win a fight, run unless you absolutely have to fight to get away out then run. "Things happen in Ark", yeah things do happen but not letting your own creature die because you decided to one not get it to safety and come back with something else, or two not even try to heal it and then go back. Hes a good youtuber dont get me wrong, but his main issue is he pushes everything too far. He could have very easily avoided that death, he could have flown home and healed Tesla and flown back. Hell he wouldn't have even had to force feed them, he could have used one of the snow owls! So I fully agree with you. I dont know it just annoys me how he knew Tesla was low but he decided to do nothing about it. And sorry for the late response.

As someone who beat extinction solo, I can tell you giga's are the best way to go with taking on everything in extinction. One good leveled imprinted giga can solo red drops, as well as farm up enraged rex's and wvyerns on it's own. They are good for taking on the ice and forest titan. And, they can take on their corrupted counterpart fairly easy.
RIP tesla. He did so well... Im surprised Syn kinda dealt with it well and not lose his mind. Cos after all Syn... you raised him from a little bubba and watched him grow up. And all the alphas you killed together. Im surprised you handled it well. May Tesla Rest in peace.
We honestly need a poison wyvern update for the breath but syntac keep up the good work because you have never failed to make me laugh and you have never made a bad video
Lol, FIRST sign you’re doing something that will lead to a tame/death is acknowledging “oh, X is going to die, ... ok, one more”. That said? A third tame that would have done wonders is a snow owl.
Poor poor Tesla, btw since the Titan fights have no limit you could technically just bring like 100 rexes for each titan lol (expect Desert for obvious reasons) and if you breed them all up now and cryo them then they'll be leveled by the time you need them. Odd suggestion but seeing so many rexes charge King Titan would be fun to watch lmao
"You can be out here and then suddenly, Giga." That's actually happened to me. During what was supposed to be an easy element node defense. I was on my velonasaur, happily shooting at dilos, when I heard the footsteps. Swiveled my camera to look behind me, and felt my blood pressure skyrocket.
Lol something similar happened to me. On my second day playing this map, I was happily riding around on my triceratops exploring and trying to get an idea of where everything was. I was heading back towards the city and almost ran face first in to a giga that wasnt there five seconds ago! Well if I wasnt awake befor I was then! At this point I'm starting to think you have to almost run face first in to a giga atleast once when playing Ark XD.

Imagine my unpleasant surprise when the damn thing roared up the cliff face, eyes glowing, jaws agape. Poetically my Rex chose that moment to take a shit and yuty jumped into the lava after a terror bird....

If you Did not know there is a plase on the map where enaraged rexes always spawn there is always one by the oil water outsider of dessert. Look on the wiki on wyvern and go to the vary small plase where they spawn by the oil
You can get the loot from dinos even if ur overweight but u are slotcaped all the time because you have so much prime meat wich takes all the slots ur wyvern can have

Man ultimate ark is way too exciting considering I’ve done the same thing but with more boosted stats (to make up for the fact that I was in school and on a single player world that I couldn’t afk bc parents always turned off my console). Still, my approach was so different and yours makes so much sense. My idea was just rush to a red army, only focusing on taming and breeding, then going for other important things once I have an army to take on drops and element veins
