Jisko hum daily dekhkar follow kare. I am not able to design my routine on my own. Ya atleast kaise routine banaye ikeliye guidance de sakte hai? For example kaunse aasans and pranayam must be included, kitne time ke liye kare and rubbing theraphy bhi saath hi kare toh before or after the yoga sessions extra. Thank you very much.

My age 54 and weight 70 , hight 5.4 , doing yoga for 2hours daily . But I feel severe pain in the back of thighs when bent forward . I am also feeling pain behind the knee pls suggest .
