A "Plain Jane" home, not much to mention about it, sure has a lotta neat contents though and it hasn't been looted because the propeller is there. The hard furniture seems to be about as old as the house except for the sofa and chair in the living room, those being 60's to early 70's. The bathroom does have 70's updates for sure, the toilet and tub looks like beige or laveder, I'm not sure. Thanks for the tour Greg! 👍🤠 Notes: 10:13 "Coke adds life to everything nice" glass, circa 1978. 6 for $40 at Sell My Stuff Canada. 1 for $20 at Ebay and Poshmark ca. 10:48 As another commenter noted, a motorboat dasboard and wheel, the thick cable attaches to the motor and steers it left or right. 27:24 Portable typewriter table, a rolling desk of a sort when you think about it. 32:01 My educated guess is a manual water heater, build a wood or coal fire when you need hot water. 31:17 Grease gun, the end snaps onto a zerk (grease nipple) on an automotive ball joint or other machinery. 31:24 Blowtorch, made obsolete by the propane torch. Seen quite a few but no exact matches on various sites. They were averaging $50. 35:35 Smoking stand, my grandfather had one, popular with men to set next to the lazyboy, read the evening newspaper and smoke up the house, I found a match on sale for $60 on kijiji. 38:58 I belive the use of this part of the basement ceased long before the owners themselves "ceased".
Hey Mr! thank you for your summary as usual. Glad you were there for the premiere, and yeah it was a little plain jane, but it had some interesting things left behind didn't it??
Awesome house and property. The Coke, 7 Up crates and the propeller are so cool. This house has definitely seen better days but it must have been really nice once. Thanks for another fantastic exploration, Greg👏👍😊
Hey Andrea, I'm glad you watched and enjoyed this one.. I agree, it's seen better days, but it was so cool to see what was left behind. That propeller was amazing!
This home really had the partying going on. The backyard was so nice, a lot of room for dogs and kids to play around makes it really nice! Too bad the home home wasn't kept up, I think that it was cute in its day. 😮
Hey Didi! I really enjoyed this place, their property is SO BIG.. It goes back into the forest too.. Definitely a great place for parties and bon fires. but sadly, the home was forgotten about and now is like this... It was definitely cute in its time.. Thank you for watching this one and commenting, I hope you'll check out more!
Great explore! I really enjoy how thoroughly you look through the houses. I'm a relatively new subscriber and am very happy with what I've seen so far. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more from you in the future!
Hey there thank you very much for watching and commenting! I do try to show things as detailed as I can, so I appreciate when people notice that! Thank you for joining the team and I look forward to hearing from you much more!
Great explore! So glad to see that all of the vintage items were not destroyed by vandals. Loved that propeller and those vintage bottles and crates! Old kitchen with original sink and "modern for its time" amenities❤ Glad that you were able to show the home to us, thank you! Intro music was great, as always🤘
SMIPA! Thank you so much, i'm glad you were there and enjoyed it.. It's a cool spot so i'm glad you thought so! It had a lot of cool little finds didn't it.. And thank you about the music, I appreciate that!
That was a cool place mate especially the basement with all the neat artifacts in there. Was a big lover of the cook and 7up bottles would be a collectors delight and it reminded me of a old servants quatters. That propellor was ace man cheers Greg for another awesome explore.
The propeller is really cool isn't it?? yeah the bottles and all that stuff are really cool to me too.. It's a neat basement, glad I did this place. thanks for being there!
It would be great to see this place completely redone- because it would still be great for a family. Those orange dressers were awesome- they had late 40's early 50's styling. Those old soda bottles were also cool. Surprising to see an old glass fuse box. I have thought about getting a vintage milk urn. Booze bottles were also cool. That propeller is freaking awesome. Always great explores Greg, Keep Orange Crushing It!
Hey Tommy. I'm glad you enjoyed this one. Definitely a lot of cool stuff left behind. The propeller and the bottles were among my favorite of courseThe propeller and the bottles were among my favorite of course. Too bad the place is in the state it's in because it could be used as a good home for a family. Glad you're feeling better man. Thanks as always
Hey thank you very much for that. I wish they got more too, but slowly I guess I'll get there! I did get you today! Thank you for watching and commenting, it helps!
Absolutely love the kitchen sink and faucet, and even the can opener . That’s a boat steering wheel in the kitchen. The kitchen curtains are adorable. I guess purple bathtubs were in style, but I think it’s horrible and the bathroom vanity yikes lol. The curtain by the bathtub is so 1970s. I need that toilet roll paper older. Mine keeps coming off the wall. 😅 The mirror and dresser are quite lovely in the one bedroom. I’ve never seen knickknack shelves like that before, so those were quite interesting. That the original windows are still in the house. They look cool. I love that old family Bible in the basement. It’s too bad. It’s falling apart. Nice ( I think) old coke bottles in the basement. I think the rec room in the basement would’ve been added much later than when the house was built. Perhaps the 1960s? I like the milk can by the fireplace. Nice old kerosene lamp. Lots of mould and I know you did not wearing a mask. I love those old tall floor ashtrays. Very cool. That propeller is pretty awesome. A nice little find of a pre-war built home I think. 👏🏻👍🏻🏚️📹
Hey Rob! Thanks for watching and commenting. There are so many cool items Left behind it's a shame to see really. But it was a really cool Explore! Thank you again!
Hey Kathy! That's very cool to hear. Places to bring back memories are always good with me. Thank you for watching and commenting, I'm really glad you enjoyed it!!
I love how those trees make a line by the house. Why would the son up and leave it ?? Look at those views 😍 Would have some nice hikes in there 🙂 Loving that old sink😍 and that view that comes along with it 😍 Look at that furniture it woulda been grand back in that day😍 Those dressers are nice❤ That is a very nice find The old Family Bible😍❤ That coke stuff very nice and collectible nowadays Nice stone above the windows. Pretty cool hang out space in the basement 😍 Like that rug. look at that ashtray 😯 don't See them like that anymore 🤔 Another good explore Greg👍 See you at the next one and away we go ✌
Hey Catherine! I actually like that too, I don't think I even realized that they did that until I was filming the drone work at the side of the house. They were probably planted when they built the place! There actually was a bit of drama with the son and his wife from what the neighbor told me, so that may have played a role.. He did store some boats on the property for a short while (as seen on google maps)... The bible and the old soda stuff was pretty cool eh? But that propeller was the best find of all! That ashtray reminds me of a hotel lobby from back in the day! Thank you so much for watching this one! This was a real special explore for me.
Wow i rather see Mother Nature then Human destory:) I love exploring back in de day so thank you this was a fantastic explore and would love to see more esp crown moldings.Take care nice intro and eltro spot on. Barbara & Sam USA
Hey Barbara! Thank you for watching and commenting. It's much better when mother nature decays things rather than humans destroying things isn't it? I love Crown moldings if you watch some of my other videos I like to focus on them when they're there! I'm glad you enjoyed this place I really enjoyed it as well. Swag lighting eh? That's cool I never knew that. I'll try to remember that if I ever see it again. Thank you for so much for checking this one out Sandy, this was a cool place!

Thank you Glenys! it was a great crowd tonight wasn't it.. the house had lots of cool little features and things, i'm glad you enjoyed it! Thank you as always!
I am not for sure what vidio game the steering wheel & dash are from..I belive it to from the early eightys. If I am right about it being from a vidio game it will have electial plugs. .if it's for a boat,it will have a steering cable. And on the back brass bolts with brass nuts on them sticking out of each gadge where wires from various different a ccessories hook up.
I could always go back one day and take a look, figure out this mystery!! Either way Chris, I'm glad you watched and commented, and I hope you'll watch some more of my stuff!
Hey Robert! Thank you for watching and commenting I really appreciate it. All the music in my videos is actually my own. The band is called lemonlang, and the music is in all the usual places. The first song you hear in the video is something I wrote for my videos, I intend on recording a full version of that.

Hey Sandra. Especially now. The roof is collapsing and animals have made that worse too. Surprised it say relatively untouched! Thank you for watching this!!
I don't like rap music, but I would never tell someone to change it especially if it's just 30 secs of intro music. That's petty. Hell, I wish he would turn this into a full song. I think it's great!

Nice explore Greg! The party room in the basement was my favorite part. Nice fireplace and French doors. Wasn’t expecting to see that in the basement.
Hey Jamie, thank you very much for being there! That room in the basement was super cool, I agree, those doors tied it all together!

That steering wheel with the dash instruments is not from a car that is from a Boat !!
ohhhhhhhh i didn't even think of a boat! nice catch!! thanks Terry!

Hey Donna, you might be right. I didn't have my glasses on in there so I couldn't tell.. Thank you for watching!
